If I could give negative stars I would, they say the railing were powder coated they were spray painted, chips in every rail. They miss measured and filled the holes with black tar on gray steps. They dumped I guess the extra black tar in my flower bed and threw leafs over it and that's the front steps, the welding and grinding work is horrible I've seen highschool kids in metal shop do better. And to add insult to injury they completely forgot 1 handrail and says oh I'll take $200 off when they charged $4k for 4 railings so we got 3 outta the 4 and only $200 taken off. Trying to get them to come back took an over month, than they drop paint all over brand new lime stone come to do touch up with paint on a railing that was suppose to be powder coated. They're a scam company they don't honor their work and have no pride behind their work or name. You're better off going to home depot and doing it yourself or getting a pro from Home Depot service center. 40*yrs in business and I hope they don't last another 40 minutes because they're gonna screw other young home owners as well. All the photos are after their 5th visit. The owner doesn't honor his word either he said if there's 1 chip or paint peeling I'll replace the railings and as you can see still chips in the metal, peeling paint EVERYWHERE, paint on brand new limestone, and this plastic tar type of stuff they used to secure the railings because they measured incorrect to line up with the previous railings. Worst company that I've ever dealt with and the hardest owner to get to stop and look at the job his guys butchered up but he came quick for payment. Stay clear away!!!!!! read more

They installed the wrong vertical pieces had to replace them. The bottom pieces fell off, and the black paint is coming off.

This company promptly came out and gave me an estimate. We agreed, and I asked how long until instillation. The gentleman said 3 weeks. I wasn't a big deal until a month later. I went down to the store and I saw my railings already made but had to go out to get the black coating. Then the very pleasant gentleman told me about 2 weeks. Another month rolls by and I finally get my railings installed. THE LOOK GREAT. The 2 guys that put them in took 35 mins!! Quality is there! Yes it took a while to get them, in light of the pandemic issues and manpower, these guys are legit and Quality is good. I would recommend them! read more

This company didn't even install railings yet and they ALREADY RUINED MY NEWLY INSTALLED STAIRS. On top of that they didn't even call to inform us they ruined the stairs. Came home to find my stair on the grass. Will keep you updated if they rectify this problem and fix my stairs. Forgot to update my review. Stairs were fixed and railings are installs. A friend of mine used this company earlier in the year, to install railings to her newly done front porch. Well in a short period of time, areas on the railing started to chip. It is possible that the missing paint on the bottom of the railings was due to a snow shovel ,being they were installed in January Well my friend noticed at the top of the railings, paint was chipping there also. Now tell me if these are brand new railings , why is the paint chipping off? My friend brought it to the company's attention and was told they weren't responsible. Okay so who is responsible? I was giving this company as a prime company, horrible workmanship, they had no clue what should have been done. They left the underside with burs and marks i spoke to someone they came back and I watched them on ring video stood around with a touch can of paint and smoked. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything. I had railings installed in January. By March the top of the railings had small holes where the paint came off. Someone from this company came to look at it, never told me what caused it. I wasn't home when they came as they didn't tell me when they were coming. How convenient. I called when I got home only to be told they are not responsible. Never told me why these holes are there. He rather asked ME how they got there. He asked me if they were there when they were installed. I said no. Again he told me they are not responsible. What kind of business is this that they don't stand behind their work. Ultimately they did a decent job but they didn't do the job before a party I was throwing, despite giving a month lead time and being told they only need 2-3 weeks. The woman who minds the phone is rude and annoying. They never called, just showed up one day. For the price I paid, expected a lot more. read more

Following the installation in November, Within a month,my slate steps all started to crack where the railings were anchored into the slate. The installer was there for about 30 minutes and did not use the proper Anchoring Cement. I have called Cusamano several times and was told that he would come to my house to check it out. It is now March 27th and he has yet to come out. My steps are ruined. I called 3 separate railing installers in the woodbridge area. They all said the railings were not installed properly. I had to re-pay have my porch steps re-done then have the railings properly installed.. Jeff Cusamano does not stand behind his horrible work. Please go elsewhere. read more
