The communication is non-existant. I put in a request about a year ago, for regular cleaning and cutting back of overgrowth as that is not in my lease. I initially got that they would come by at 3 that day, they never did. I then reached out for a new time, and did not hear back. I wound up doing the work myself, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I reached out multiple times during the beginning of the spring to set something up, never even got the courtesy of a follow-up or a "sorry we are too busy". After multiple times trying to reach out, I can either assume that they are too busy (good problem to have, so God bless if that is the case), or they are not diligent. The effect for me, however, is the same regardless. I'd suggest reaching out to someone else. read more

As a new homeowner and it need of lawn care, saw these guys on Yelp. I Called the first time, I was told to text my information and they would get back to me. No one did,weeks later called today and was asked if he had spoken to me before. I said no, completely forgetting I did speak with someone and was asked to text my info. Soon as I checked my messages, I realize that I did speak to the guy and he never followed up with me. He assured me he'd have someone come at my home today, of course no one showed up.
