Excellent service. The office managers Morgan and Victoria were very nice and helpful. The initial salesman, CJ was terrific at explaining what would fit our needs the best and how installation would be done (he was correct on all counts). Rob, who did the final measurements, was on time and very pleasant. And Danny and Zach, who installed, were very kind and professional. The were here for over 2 hours, building out the mechanized screen components and then answering all questions. They went above the call of duty in making the entire process look its best and work beautifully. I would like to thank the entire team. read more

Major disappointment! .... Not only did my initial order all come incorrect after -10 weeks of waiting but everything after that (additional 3+ months )was also a major let down... was booked multiple times (3 to 4 times )with installation appointments from the scheduling department only to be told the day before each install that my order was not ready... ooops sorry... oops we don't have all the shades in...oops again the shades were sent to the wrong warehouse... oops again your order is still not here.... I liken this entire situation to going out to dinner and waiting for your food to arrive and every 20 mins your waiter comes over to say foods coming right out folks..... But there you are with no food... 20 mins...your waiter is telling you it's coming out right now folks ....nope! .... 20mins....But yet again it never shows up on time. Now that your over the whole dinner situation the waiter Drops a "doggie bag" THE BILL!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!! ZINGAS.com does not care about customer service ,when it's there turd to eat.... Mmmm yeah were not gonna do that! They stop all communication with you and drop you a bill. The entire project took over 7.5 months And a endless change in installation scheduling. Unacceptable. Totally HORRIBLE company for communication. Signed contract 10/9/2020 was told 12 -16 weeks for installation. Then nothing - no communication unless initiated by me. Just completed my job waited over 6 months . I was told it was Covid delays but the sale person said 14 weeks but probably 16 weeks because of Covid. Now 25 + weeks later had to wait an additional week. I would NEVER go with them again - definitely not responsible & could care less about customers. They are happy to singing off and taking your deposit but that's were it ends. AVOID Zinga's if at all possible. read more

I would not recommend Zinga's what so ever! Not only did they forget the hardware the day of install but got none of the measurements right not even close 80% of the privacy shades were off by 3 or more inches. Better yet when you call them to get everything figured out not even an apology just "this stuff happens we will order it again and hopefully it's not wrong next time". Not "sorry for your inconvenience I know you waited for 9 weeks for us to install this and we messed it up". Or even offer a discount for the inconvenience. If Dennis Benveniste is your representative that comes out good luck! You are better off ordering from Lowe's or Home Depot because it will be cheaper and you won't have to wait 59 days to be let down and disappointed! on top of all of that if you do order from them and they mess it up you are locked in they will not cancel your order or give your money back. you are stuck with them and have to cross your fingers that they will not screw it up again after you wait another 9 weeks. AVOID ZINGA'S AT ALL COSTS. The quality of the materials/workmanship is subpar based on the your initial expectation. DO NOT PAY THEM IN FULL UNTIL YOUR PRODUCT IS INSTALLED. Zinga's Tampa - Shutters Near Me - Tampa, Florida

Don't use Zinga's Shutters. Last Aug I contracted with Zinga's for 6 plantation shutters. In Dec, more than 6 weeks later than they stated, they were able to deliver 2 of the shutters. The other 4 were made incorrectly and too small for the windows. After contacting them multiple times, being told "they're in production and we will deliver in 1-2 weeks, I'm now told they don't know when they will be delivered. Communication and transparency is extremely poor, excuse after excuse. Stay away from this company. I'm sorry that Yelp requires that I even give them 1 star read more

Here is what you can expect from Zinga's who has the worst customer service imaginable: 1. Salesman comes to measure and whatever installation date timeframe you request he will commit to in order to make the sale. He'll tell you the contract says 8-10 weeks, but no worries, you'll get your product before then. Pay close attention to the speed in which he will run your credit card because that is the only time you'll see Zinga's act fast. Don't bother getting salesperson's contact info because you will never hear from him again after they get your $5,000 payment. 2. Many, many weeks and months will go by without a word from Zinga's. YOU will do ALL the follow up. You will never talk to the same person twice and you will never get a straight answer as to when you can expect your shutters. When you get upset and ask for a manager, you will be given a different name each time and you will NEVER speak with a manager, only their voicemail and they will never return your call. You'll never speak to someone local (in our case, Zinga's Tampa) and their canned ridiculous response is " your shutters are on schedule and we can't wait to install them". Don't bother asking what the schedule is because, no kidding, they will tell you they don't know, but they are on schedule! Really? They are on schedule, but you don't know what the schedule is? 3. Be prepared for the contract you signed which says 8-10 weeks or basically whenever Zinga's wants, to be shoved in your face repeatedly when you ask why you were told 4-6 weeks. They will quote their contract constantly with snarky comments about it's what you signed. Now here's the funny part, when the 8-10 weeks goes by, and it will rest assured, and you remind Zinga's THEY are now outside terms of contract, the contract no longer means anything and it just an estimate! 4. Eventually you'll get a call that your product has been shipped to Zinga's from manufacturing. They will tell you in 1 week they will call you to schedule install. One week will come and go without a call. YOU will call again and they will now tell you we said 2-3 weeks for shipping and they have no idea where it is shipping from or to! 5. Stay with me, here's the best part! Installation day comes after 3 months and after you take time off work and throw away all the temporary shades you've had up for 3 months, Zinga's shows up and 5 out of 5 shutters are the WRONG SIZE! I'm not kidding! The slick salesman measured incorrectly! Now, you'll start all over again with the ZInga's warranty team, all new people of course, and now it will take another 4-6 weeks due to ZINGA'S error! Don't bother asking about a price adjustment for inconvenience, "they don't do that" . Don't bother asking about a refund either because "they don't do that per the contract." The same contract that only serves Zinga's and never the customer. It just occurred to us today that bringing customers all the wrong sized shutters is probably another one of Zinga's stalling tactics. Customer is angry after 3 months so let's bring wrong product, say it was a measuring mistake ( because the salesperson measuring can't really be that incompetent to measure all 5 windows incorrectly right?) and it buys them another 4-6 weeks to continue lying to customer. Brilliant strategy by Zinga's! We just finished the home building process and have dealt with dozens of different vendors of products and services and can honestly say Zinga's is the absolute worst! read more

I'd give a minus star rating if I could. I'm on week 12 from when we first placed out order with them. I'm still missing blinds in 4 out of 6 of the main windows. I can't reiterate how trash this company is from a customer service standpoint. 6 windows is all we are doing and the "custom" work isn't expansive our out of the ordinary. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks on the contract. The products that got ordered were incorrect and their own flat out incompetence has us waiting now going on week 12. No discount, no refund, nothing. Pure garbage. My wife hardly ever writes a negative post on any company and she's never been more upset with giving a company our money in her life. Here's her review: "I tried this place out because their SEO is killing it and they show up at the top of the search results. I spent a good 3 hours with one of their reps and after that was pot-committed to buying with them. I then spent 2 weeks trying to follow up with this rep, only to find out this person left the company and no one followed up with me/his accounts/his emails. I speak to a new rep, Tracy Bannister, and find out they need to come back out to re-measure everything and review materials and cross check the original pricing. I wait over a week for the new rep to make it back out, then 4 HOURS with him waiting on pricing and having him measure the windows. I have another quote for less expensive and faster blinds, yet because he spent so much time with me, I still order through Tracy. I wait 7 weeks for my blinds and then they show up missing the parts to 4 out of 6 of them. I spend the next 3 weeks playing phone tag with the rep and the home office getting NO ANSWER on when the blinds will be finished and installed and am now 12 weeks into the process with them with NO BLINDS. Cannot even begin to tell you how bad this company does business, ordered an outdoor screen for our pool cage, initial install ripped my pool cage and screen was ripped and crooked, 2 nd attempt was a reorder on the incorrect screen, 3rd attempt the screen has a 4 inch gap at the top, WORST PART IS NO ONE will follow up and call you!! Our builder recommended Zingas- Called Zingas and Sherri went above and beyond scheduling us our consultation during COVID. They were EXTREMELY flexible with my schedule since I work in healthcare and during COVID my schedule changed daily. Bruce came out and measured everything for our closet and showed us examples. Daphne had an online GoToMeeting set up and got us EXACTLY what we wanted. They customize! She was so helpful and made sure we stayed within budget. She knows her job well- has an eye for aesthetic. The company they had come out to instal was extremely professional and prompt. They were personable and made us feel comfortable. All in all this was such a great experience! My parents will be doing their closet with them in a few months! read more
