I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable from start to present. I am still waiting for my project to be completed, so unfortunately this is not even a "final" review. I genuinely do not understand how this company maintains a 4.8 rating. From the very beginning, the process has been disorganized, delayed, and poorly executed. I placed my order in January, and after more than four months, only 5 out of 14 blinds have been installed. Out of those 5, 3 were installed incorrectly (backwards) and arrived with visible stains. Communication has been one of the biggest issues. There has never been a clear or reliable installation date. Every step has required follow-up, and expectations have not been managed professionally. When the installers finally arrived after months of waiting - the order was placed in January 2026 and we are now entering May 2026, they came unprepared with the wrong brackets, making it impossible to complete the job. This level of lack of preparation is extremely frustrating given the timeline. I requested a refund due to the delays and defective installation, and my request was denied, leaving me stuck in an ongoing unresolved situation. To make matters worse, this company was recommended by Pulte Homes, which raises serious concerns about the quality of their referrals. At this point, I am still without a completed installation, still dealing with incorrect and damaged work, and still without a resolution. I am fully prepared to provide documentation and evidence of everything stated above. I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. read more

We had plantation shutters installed today and they look terrific! Danny was our installer and called to tell us he was running late; we really appreciated that! When he arrived he was very professional and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and left behind no mess. He also noticed one of the shutters had a crack in a place we would not have seen until it broke off. He reported the damage and we will be receiving a new shutter. I have been very disappointed with the service so far. First when i received my quote, the sales person said that it included running an outlet for the outside motorized screen and then the next day tried to charge my $750. After telling them that I would contact Pulte Homes to complain about the company that Pulte recommended, they covered the electrical. Next, they said that the blinds would be installed in 7 weeks, now they are telling me 11 weeks. I wish I would have just done the work myself. I could order from Amazon and get them within a week. Our sales person was the one to help our decision for Zingas over Blinds.com. He sold us on the quality of workmanship and lifetime guarantee of the blinds. But that's where everything good ended. Blinds, minus one defective,!arrived on time, but installer did not have the right screws, blinds in our 6 skylight windows over sunroom were installed upside down and now gravity is constantly pulling them into semi-open position, one blind wasn't replaced at all, and one blind was cut too short by the factory and is falling out of the track. As I write this, I have been waiting since. around Sept 10 for some sort of resolution. I've called our salesperson- no return call; I've called the main line and either get no answer or told they would turn it over to quality assurance---who I've never heard from! I will be happy to change my review and rating if and when I get satisfaction from this company. read more

First I spent two weeks going back and forth with one of their reps on pricing and options. He fell off the face of the earth and I later found out he left the company. I had to call the company multiple times in order to get in touch with another rep, Tracy Bannister, and then wait another week for him to come out and remeasure all of the windows in my house. I had a less expensive quote with a faster timeline but since I already committed so much time to these two sales reps, I still moved forward with an order. I was told it would take about seven weeks which is ridiculously long but still decided to place the order. After seven weeks they come to install the blinds and they realize the rep forgot to order a part for all of the windows. I spend the next three weeks not getting calls back and not getting any sort of accurate timeline on when the new blinds will be here. When I finally speak to someone there is no option to cancel and no option for a discount for my inconvenience. It's been 12 weeks since the start of this process and still no blinds or update on timing of install of remaining blinds. Easily the worst experience with any vendor I've ever had. Use anyone else but them. read more
