Disclaimer: I have never ordered flowers from Zion Florist, nor have I been in their shop. But I always order balloon bouquets for my grandsons and daughter on their birthdays. They are very good at helping me choose appropriate balloons, and everyone loves them, especially the grandsons. The staff is friendly and professional, and the delivery person is always prompt and friendly. I only wish they had a few more balloon styles to choose from, especially for children. read more

I ordered a premium floral bouquet for a funeral service. The flowers delivered looked little like whai ordered. There were even fewer flowers than shown in the standard arrangement. I'm not sure if I was taken advantage of because I ordered over the phone from another state, so Zion Floral figured I'd never know the difference, or if this is a common practice. Some reviews indicate the latter. To say the least, it's poor business practices, if not fraudulent. Do better for your customers, where ever they live. read more

If I could give Zion Sun Floral zero stars, then I would...but unfortunately yelp doesn't let you do this. This is the second time we've had Zion make floral arrangements for us in the past year through FTD. I am so disappointed in the quality of arrangement, not to mention that this shop is the biggest thieves I have ever seen or heard of. Both arrangements I had purchased on the FTD website were considered "the best". What was delivered was what looked like a blind two year old went skipping through a field of weeds and stuck those weeds in a vase from the dollar store. There are a few things that are clear to me about this disgusting establishment: 1) Not one person in this shop has had training in floral design nor do they have any idea how to put together an arrangement. I've seen better arrangements at the grocery stores in the ghetto. 2) This shop completely takes advantage of their partnership with FTD - knowing that the client will most likely not be seeing the arrangement that is delivered, they deliver a product that is 2% of what is SUPPOSED to be delivered and pocket the money. Thieves. 3) Never ever...even out of desperation order from this florist unless you want to be epically embarrassed. When the person receiving the floral arrangement in the hospital thinks it's so ugly while heavily medicated...clear indication of the quality of work they are knocking out. HORRIBLE!!!!! read more

Very unhappy with the bouquet we ordered. My husband and I ordered a Birthday bouquet for his mother and wanted it delivered. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and she stated that she didn't have all the flowers for the bouquet we picked out online, but that she'd put something together for us that was similar. She then asked us how much we wanted to spend and we stated that we wanted a "Deluxe" size so we'd pay $50.00. When his mother received her bouquet she sent a picture to us. It was absolutely NOTHING like what we had picked out online. His mother received a dozen multi colored roses, which is not even close to what we wanted. You can get a pack of roses from Walmart for $7. We wanted a really nice arrangement from a florist. VERY UNHAPPY. Will never order from here again. read more

After talking with the young lady on the phone about a couple of different items, I decided on the Christmas Cactus. It was not only beautiful when it arrived to my friend, but it was delivered less than 2 hours after I ordered it! The pricing was very good for the quality, and the speed of delivery, and level of customer service over the telephone were all excellent! I most definitely will be using this company again for sending things to my friend.
