I placed a wedding order with the only local florist in town. I spent an extravagant amount of money for flowers that were nothing like I ordered. my only request was white roses and I had brought in some filler that matched my colors, black silver and turquoise .somehow I ended up with all pink random flowers and no white roses whatsoever. when I asked them to fix it they couldn't. I had expected them to at least be able to take some of the pink out,they did and put white roses in but there were maybe four white roses in the store. I have looked forward to my wedding for 15 years. I waited a long time and all I wanted was white roses. I literally feel like I got nothing like I asked for and then when I asked to make it right I got told they couldn't afford to lose money. I don't understand how ruining my flowers for my big day should be at my cost. I hated the flowers and told them as much but they didn't seem to care. it really sucks to support local companies who don't care about our community. read more

WOW! Wild Blooms really came through for me! Julie is the BEST! I live in Vegas and was having a small wedding at Zion National Park (which is about 30 min away from the florist). With just a few quick responsive emails, Julie was able to execute exactly what I wanted. She is so easy to communicate with. Worst call/customer service I've ever experienced. 1st call to make an order, the lady on the line told me "you know what, I don't believe you" and dropped my call. 2nd call to make an order, told me right away to be on hold and never got back to me. 3rd call to make an order, the lady's tone of voice sounded like she doesn't even want to take my order. Knowing that your business is flower delivery for special occasions, you should know that customers calling have important events and are relying on you to feel that special experience. If there's a zero star, I'd actually choose that. read more
