Possible Card Skimmers - Be Careful…read more I stopped at this gas station because it's the last one before the highway. Everything seemed normal at first--the clerk was acting like any typical store employee. When I went to pay, I tried to tap my card, but it wasn't working. The clerk immediately told me the machine wasn't broken and that I needed to insert my card instead. That raised a small concern for me. I went back to my car to grab a different card and tried tap to pay again, but it still wouldn't work. When I mentioned that the machine might not be functioning properly, the clerk suddenly became very aggressive and upset, insisting I insert the card. After my card finally went through, the clerk became even angrier and tried to kick me out, even though I was already leaving. The reaction seemed very unusual just for pointing out a possible issue with the payment machine. Because of how strongly he pushed for card insertion instead of tap, and how aggressively he reacted when I questioned it, it honestly made me uncomfortable. I'm canceling my cards just to be safe. If you stop here, I'd recommend paying with cash. Also be aware that the staff seemed very rude to multiple customers while I was there.

Getting fuel here is a task. The lot is always congested. Especially since it feels like truck stop gas station. Being positioned where it is, and them trying to pack in as much as they could in this strip of land, it is almost impossible to move about without getting stuck in congestion. The pumps are always busy. It may take some time to get one, and you never know which way a person is going to pull into one of the pumps. It is interesting to see how people are oblivious to everything around them. Inside, it is set up like your traditional convenience store. However, smelling like Subway bread the whole time in here. Service inside is not always the best. I found it to be interesting that they would always find a way to run from behind the counter when they see you coming towards it. Or they would simply turn their backs to you. Once one of them finally realizes you are there, it can be a bit congested like it is outside. I think they purposefully leave the one register down because to cater to those seeking lottery tickets. My favorite part here, the display case with all the plastic food that they may have available. Not only is there a Subway inside, but you get your selection of the 7-11 fare.

First and foremost, this review is about one employee and not the store as a whole! I did not…read moreretrieve the employee's name but if I had known before hand how I was going to get treated, I would! I entered the establishment on Saturday, February 7, 2026 @ 3pm to retrieve an Uber Eats order. Upon entering I noticed the employee was working alone so I got in the line which consisted of six customers before me! I admire hard work so the wait was no problem. When it was my turn to get serviced, I explained my reasons. He wanted to see what the order consisted of because he did have it prepared. I even joked with him about dancing. He proceeded to walk away from me and head towards the aisle, when a male customer stopped him and asked about an online order as well! Instead of saying to the customer, I will be with you in just a second because I have one person in front of you, he proceeded to help the male customer instead of me. I am very mild spoken and joyful but his actions inspired me to speak up for yourself. I asked nicely how are you assisting this customer first and I have been here waiting patiently for some time now? The employee looked at me and said, I will be right with you and proceeded to help the other customer. Anyone who knows me, knows I don't like to make a scene so I politely exited the store and canceled the order. I don't know if anyone has ever been ignored and treated like you don't matter before but my blood was boiling. I immediately got into my vehicle and proceeded to go onto the 7 Eleven website to leave a complaint. It did not allow me to do so. My family member in the car with me stated that the store was part of a franchise and no one would do anything anyway. I finally let it go and proceeded on with the rest of my working. Later today, my aunt suggested Yelp and here I am. I know this may seem petty to some people but my biggest pet peeve is unprofessional employees on a workplace. The employee was African American, 6 feet tall and appeared to be in his late 20's or early 30's. Please if anyone from this franchise is reading this, check your schedule for the above date and time. This employee needs to be rescheduled for a class of how to be professional in the workplace. Common courtesy was no where in his performance and I just felt that the company needs to see how some people are being treated. I don't know if it was a male thing or whatever but I did not appreciate how I was treated. If anyone knows of anything I can do, please let me know.

I originally came in to make a return, and he processed it very quickly and smoothly with no hassle at all. Later on, I ended up going through his checkout line, and he was just as friendly and helpful. He even took the extra step to make sure the orchid I purchased was packed securely so it would make it home safely. It's small touches like that that really stand out and make a difference. Shopping there felt easy and welcoming, and Nathan made a simple trip to the store feel like a great experience. Customer service is everything at the end of the day, and it means a lot to me to go to a store and receive genuinely good service. Because of that, I will definitely be back. Great job, Trader Joe's, and thank you again to Nathan for the excellent service!

Most items are Trader Joe's brand, and a lot of them honestly beat big-name brands. The frozen snacks are excellent overall, with only a few misses, and you can't go wrong with the spices, meat, or coffee. One thing I really like is that you can actually ask a crew member to open a snack so you can try it right there. If you don't like it, no worries at all. The produce is fresh, and the staff keeps the store well stocked and easy to shop even if it's crowded. The ambiance feels like a small local grocery store, which makes shopping there more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, and Trader Joe's easily has the fastest baggers of any grocery store. Depending on what you're making, you might need to stop at a larger store for a few specialty items, but I can usually handle my full weekly grocery run here.
