It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the people here are amazing seamstresses. I have done seaming and costume work for many years, but hemming chiffon and polyester sheer dress fabrics is a horrible task. Lana was super efficient and also very kind and fun to talk to. I only asked for the hem but she made sure it fit in the bust too and she said it looked perfect on the top. She marked the hem and told me it would be within the week, gave me a tag with the ready date. I came back and she gave me the dress, it looked amazing. It's still hideous in color and style, but the alterations are perfect. I will be returning for alterations to my wedding dress!

I also took it back to show the lady...all of a sudden she couldn't understand me, gas lighted me accusing me of bringing in a different dress (not the original) and told me she didn't do this work! She is awful! Workmanship is unacceptable and I had to have it re-hemmed elsewhere. AVOID Binh's tailoring! Please don't make the same mistake I made. I'm now hearing more and more people who have had similar experiences with Binh's. How they are still in business I have no idea. And her cash only policy is not forthcoming or honest. A couple of times, the alterations were very subpar. She will blame you, the customer, for her errors. The last pair of pants I took in were to be brought in around the waist by a couple of inches. They were still way too big. She tersely told me that "This happens all the time" that I tell her where I need the waistline to be and then not be happy about it. So untrue and happened only two times and it was completely her poor work. I just walked out knowing I would never come back. They were thorough about the alterations needed and their service was fantastic. I went to them in the first week of August and they had the dress ready in three weeks, in time for the wedding. While the dress wasn't ready when I went in, they kindly delivered it home as I couldn't go back the next day. Regarding the price, they did charge me a higher amount than expected (I'm a graduate student on a limited salary), they were better priced than the other places I checked out. Also, they are a cash-only place. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I'm glad I chose right! And a huge thanks to my friend who recommended them.
