Dear, Zip Thru Express Car Wash Not very happy with my decision to buy their monthly pass. Their camera apparently did not properly read my license plate, and I was embarrassingly removed from the line, even after I showed the attendant the email I received when I purchased this Service. The Attendant was a bit rude about it, and it's frustrating because I did pay for this service. If this company cannot treat its paying customers with courtesy and respect, why should I continue to pay them? I strongly recommend you find another company for your car-washing services and avoid wasting your time or feeling disrespected, as I did today. Update. Customer service reached out to me to ask about my experience with them. I told them about it. They told me they removed me from their line to avoid blocking other customers, which is understandable. He could not explain how the attendant handled the situation, ignored my proof of payment, and lacked Customer Service, all while being rude about it. The customer service rep on the phone told me that Zip Thru Express Car Wash had paused my account until I took down this review. I asked them to repeat themselves because I couldn't believe what I heard. I told them that I would not remove this review because this was my experience with their company. This mechanical drive through car wash is more of a disco light show rather than a bubbly functional car wash to effectively provide a clean finished car wash which obviously is the purpose of the car wash visit to begin with. The past three times the dryer roller has broken my wiper blade, the first time they replaced it it's gotten to a point where my wiper arm is starting to show some damage. Took my car for a wash and the pressure washers cracked my front windshield. I spoke with the manager Ashley who gave me a card to call an 800 number. Ashley called while I was taking pictures of the windshield. So the manager from the main office told Ashley to tell me that a rock hit the windshield on the freeway and that is why it's cracked. I explained to them both that there was no rock damage, the window cracked after the pressure washers. My husband then called the manager in Santa Clara and got nowhere. I needed to do a quick vac after a vacation trip and Zip Thru was so conveniently located right off Hwy 12. The cleaning stall is spacious and very high. This large Ford Transit fit with plenty of space. The wide angle vacuum made cleaning the seats and floors a breeze and the crevice tool made cleaning tight spaces easy. The garbage can was clean and clear. And they even have towels available for drying. I only went for a quick vacuum and it was a pleasure to do so here at Zip Thru. April 30, 2026 around 2:30pm. Please train your employees. We recently moved here and don't yet have a car wash membership anywhere. I mentioned this twice to the cashier and got "huh?" and "what?" as a response. He pointed to the pricing options for a one-time wash. I asked if there was an app and he said "huh? Oh, nah" Needless to say, he made it clear that y'all didn't care if I was there or not. Went through the wash, but won't be back. After purchasing monthly premium pkg with this company, I would have thought there would be accommodation or replacement of the back wiper system. I waited four months for the promise from Omar, the owner, that he ordered the part for my car. There were no discounts, refunds, or apologies given from him. I found this place driving by from work. I used my free wash coupon the first time. The next time I tried the platinum wash for $19.95 and they gave me a coupon for 1/2 off my next visit. Basically BOGO 50% off. It's all self service, which I prefer. I do a better job wiping down my car and I don't have to tip. They provide everything needed, towels, vacuums, mat cleaning machine, they even have an air gun to blast water from side mirrors and such. I decided to get the monthly premium package $34.95 a month for unlimited premium washes. I drive by all the time so as long as I go at least 3 times a month it pays for itself. Friday wash day! I still continue to keep my membership here which is monthly just under $20. Reflection of keeping some of the dirt off of my car lol. My visits have been pleasant when I pull up I drive to the third row that reads your license plates for members only, the middle all I want to say is for credit cards and I think the first row is for wanting to sign up for membership or paying cash or credit card. I like it because there are never any long extensive lines waiting to go through pretty seamless for the most part And the brushes are gentle on my car. I also like the fact that there are multiple vacuums and little towel bins to dispose of cleaning. Decent location. Hoping that one day they'll have more of their businesses in the valley. read more

My first time coming here as they are a new business in town. Prices are reasonable and it's definitely an express car wash where you drive onto a car walkway, set your car to neutral and let the car wash do the rest. I've used similar before, and knew what to do. But if you're new to this type of car wash, don't expect to get directions from the workers. There weren't many other cars while we were there, so we were able to take our time. Technically they do provide wipe towels, but we only found a few. Definitely bring your own. The vacuum was great. The car wash is good, but I don't know if I would buy a membership. Will probably come again. read more

I decided to check out this car wash since it's literally across my barber Lee's Hair Salon. What a convenient location! I was literally able to KO two birds with one stone. The car wash is right off of Sunset and Hwy 12. I initially thought that this was the same car wash as the one off of W. Texas, but evidently this place is called Zip Thru Car Wash so I am not sure if they are the same franchise or not. Upon pulling up to the front gate I was greeted by a staff member who helped me out since I was cash pay. They do offer quite a few different packages from $10 basic wash to +$20 all inclusive wash. I got the 2nd from the last which was $13 wash. This wash is able to give you a triple foam bath plus it even shines your wheels. After you pay you go through the gate and there's another staff member that will guide you through the car wash. It looks like everything here works exceptionally well. All of the brushes deeply washed my car and gave it a very clean shine afterwards. It was really nice experience going through this car wash and it has all kinds of different gadgets and lights and the soap smells kind of good when it comes through my vents. The best part about this wash too was at the end before you exit there is like two big rollers that have bristles on them and they actually buff your wheels out which is again what I paid for so that's cool to see that I was actually getting my money's worth. After you exit the car wash you just hang a right and you'll be greeted by an extensive row of vacuums and pressurized airlines to blast out all of the dust from your inside and outside of the car. I was surprised that there was only a couple of cars besides myself here. They have literally like 20 vacuum stalls and there's only like three cars here and when I rolled by the 7 flags on W. Texas, I saw like at least 10 cars over there. It always seems to be very busy over there but over here it's kind of a hidden gem I guess. Either that or people are just lazy to drive out this way. Anyhow, I am really satisfied with the level of service here and it is worth the money that I paid. The only gripe I had was that I paid using my card and I was talking to the guy and I think the gate only stays open for like 30 seconds and then it closes. So when me and the guy were done talking I tried to go through but the gate had already closed and he had to grab his manager to override the gate so that I can go through. Very bad service we tried getting another membership, but the lady kept saying she couldn't help us when they have before but she didn't bother to care one bit and his manager kept saying our card kept getting declined which wasn't true they wouldn't show prove about it when the card does have money we told them multiple times we would get a message if the card did show it was declined and we also told them to show us and they wouldn't, very bad customer service we canceled the membership definitely switching to a different place. read more

If you bring any issues about your car being damaged in this car wash to their attention, they will send you in circles with no solution. On more than one occasion I was told to bring my car back to let a manager see the exact same thing they had me send pictures of. Every single time they would schedule a date and time to meet with management, they would never show up and would act like they had no idea what you were talking about . They claim the management is always too busy to handle any of these issues . The " management" as well as the customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. They will waste your time and then make up lies about your car having a history of " defective paint". They could've just said from the beginning that they had no intentions of correcting the damage caused by their car wash. Apparently they have a system that tracks license plates. Almost believable, except I've owned my car since new and know exactly where it's been. If I could give a zero star review, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. I had gone through this car wash to use a one dollar off coupon. I wish I would've let that coupon expire. After going through this car wash, I realized weatherstripping was ripped out of its position in my Honda near the headlight and the front bumper; the car is not even two years old. The blowers of this car wash are powerful and there are numerous to put pressure on your car while drying it. I believe the pressure from these blowers, enabled the weatherstripping to be removed from the frame of the car. After identifying the issue, and trying to fix it myself, I had waited to speak to a manager for nearly an hour. His name was Paul. Because their locations are in Santa Clara, San Jose, and Gilroy, their manager had to drive from San Jose to the Suisun City location. (So if you do have a problem after your service, good luck getting more help) After speaking with him, I was told that I would receive a call back the next day. I did not. I waited a whole week until calling the customer service number Paul provided on a business card. After calling the number on the card, I was not able to speak with someone directly. However, this customer service line is capable of sending/receiving text messages and received a response from them via text. This employee responded to my messages in a matter of minutes, who told me I would hear from Paul that day with further information. I received no further response. I had to contact them two days later, only to be told the car wash was not damaged, and could not have caused damage to the car. Lastly, they mentioned weatherstripping would be included under their disclaimer, therefore they were not liable for the damages. I just moved to the area and today was my first day coming to this car wash. I'm rating this place 3 stars due to the encounter I had with the young lady with blue hair. Again, Keep in mind this is my first time here. I drove in where she sprayed my car with soap, she walked away and didn't give me any directions, so I started to drive in towards the belt where you put your car in neutral to take you through the car wash. She then started to yell with such the biggest unnecessary attitude, saying "STOP STOP! BACK UP!". It was if she spoke to me like I was dumb. I looked at her and she couldn't hear me since my windows were up, but I was telling her to calm down as this was my first time here. I was so taken aback by her attitude and way she handled the situation. OK if you're looking for a place to help you get your car cleaned up and you're near suisun with the mini car washes in the area. This is definitely want to check out because the price point isn't too bad and my car is pretty clean for what I got in the package I will say there are some signs of dirt residue still on the vehicle Submit spots a couple of bugs still on it and I did buy the better package so that's one reason I would say I'm not giving the five stars the service was great the one piece that may be uncomfortable as he walked away with my card and walked in the office to serve me which I'd like it. If he would he did it right there but nonetheless, I got done what I need to get done. The vacuuming and air pressure was a lot better than most local places and they had two different nozzles for the vacuum so that was great. The other reason they lost the star was definitely because there was no towels when they said they provided them and they didn't really give me a run through on after the car wash process, it wasn't too busy during lunchtime, so definitely want to come around that time but again every day is different. Signed up for the unlimited washed for myself and the family. I've been through the wash and go home to wipe down the vehicle to complete the detail. My wife and I have noticed fine scratches in the paint and plastic parts. I have noticed my tail gate and painted bumper has scratches in the clear coat, very noticeable with black paint. Their card reader was down when I went 5/31/23, so the cashier said cash only but he offered to charge me later. I said sure but when he handed me back my card he asked me for my zip code. I was hesitant to give it to him because I saw that he took a picture of my card with a phone.. I asked, what the hell? are you sure this isn't fraud?! He assured that it wasn't and even gave me his manager's card if I had any doubts (as if that was going to stop the fraud) but I believed him and gave him my zip code anyways.
