Juan is an amazing human being! I contacted him to inquire about the best way to fix the swirl marks on my truck. He invited me to come to his shop so he could assess the situation. I came the next day, he was very welcoming, explained the process, educated me on the benefits of ceramic coating, and explained what each product he uses does for the paint. He made me feel like he cared, and that he just wanted to make sure that I do what I need for the truck. Then he explained the different options that I could choose from, in order to meet the outcome I wanted for the paint finish and protection. He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I initially called shiny Auto detail after doing a search on Google. I didn't get a response the first time I called but I called back later and I believe I spoke to the owner. I wanted to do a virtual estimate but the app would not allow me to. I got a hold of somebody later in the afternoon and I was asked about my car type and year model making us color. I was given a rough estimate anywhere from 3oo to 400 dollars to wax and put a clear coat on the car. I recently purchased this 2008 Cadillac CTS . OH MY GOSH!! So let me start off with I have two very young children and a very messy husband that just likes to spill bad make messes in my truck. I got the $250 full detail (inside and outside no shampoo but everything else) MY CAR LOOKS AND SMELLS AMAZIMG!!! It hasn't looked this good since I bought it off the lot! We purchased a used Toyota Sienna and the previous owners did not take care of it at all. The interior was pretty much destroyed. Shiny Auto Detail is AMAZING. Called Juan up on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule at 8:30a.m. "WOW" He really provides excellent customer service. Very professional. Juan was able to buff out latex paint that was on my Honda CRV. I.e. Located above the front tire well (I.e. ten inches long and 1/2" wide).
