They are the slowest when going through. Ridiculous. Don't list this at all. 4 cars in front and stop waiting

I've been coming to this 7 Flags location for years now. Since my husband and I have a little one and a fur baby, the back seat of my current car has gotten very dirty (including stains from our dog's rear end when she had an infection). As you can imagine, especially since the weather has been getting hotter, my car also had a stench in the interior. Today, I requested for the exterior and interior to be cleaned. I explicitly asked for the seats to be shampooed/cleaned due to the stains in the back seat. For good measure, I requested for the floor to be cleaned as well. I was quoted a price, which included my member discount and agreed to the service. I was told ahead of time that the wait time for the service would be 1.5 to 2 hours, which I truly appreciated. After about an hour and a half wait, I was notified that my car was done. The gentleman walked me to my car and explained exactly what was done while he allowed me to check out their work. All of the pet stains were gone! The coffee stain that I had on the seat for years was nearly all removed as well! I was very impressed with the attention to detail that the staff gave on my car. Not only was my car clean, but it smelled amazing as well. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that assisted me today, as I forgot to give him a tip. Customer service was amazing! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the services they provide. During the wait, I talked with one of the staff members in the wait area for quite some time. She was very nice and made my wait time fly by. I'll obviously continue to take mine and my husband's vehicles here in the near future. read more

Normally, they do a pretty decent job. I even went to the car wash twice. Since I paid the monthly fee for unlimited car wash washes. I even asked them to use the power wash on my car. Which they did. They didn't use the scrub brush as the first time which I was fine with. I was disappointed that they skipped the back of my car altogether. Otherwise they normally do a pretty good job. read more

I've never had a bad experience here! I refuse to go anywhere else the Guys here are all so friendly, informative and knowledgeable! Never try to over sell or put pressure on me! After sand, mud, rain, fiance, kids and the Shepsky dog I have, there just comes a point where it's time to do a deep cleaning on the car. In this case gummy bears, crumbs, lots of fuzz, stickiness, dirt and grime. The team did really great with the work from leather treatment to vacuuming and the washing. I felt like I just got a brand new car so will definitely go back to them again. read more

On Wednesday April 23, 2025 I went to this car wash paid $63 total for the platinum car wash with armor all. First off the armor all was only for dashboard and cup hold that charge was $15. My car was not clean they half vacuum I had to re-wipe the inside of my car while onsite. The cup holder was not clean nor wiped with armor all. I will NEVER EVER TRUST THEM TO CLEAN MY CAR AGAIN . I paid extra to have my vehicle washed. Please see the pictures because it was less than stellar. I suggest to everyone to wash the vehicle yourself. To Jason (owner:) Thank you for touching bases with me, however I honestly do not trust your staff. The reason why is when I pulled into the area to leave my vehicle there was 4 people (2 with different color polo shirts that were obviously a lead) & in my mind all 4 of them dropped the ball by not doing quality check. It should only take 30 seconds to walk around the vehicle ! If they are not doing that what are they there for ?! read more

I get my oil changed here as well as car wash - they do an excellent job on everything! And you can bring your car in between oil changes and they will fill up for free which is great for me - I get synthetic oil - more expensive. the full service car wash is one of the best ones around. read more

***From 5 stars to 2 stars*** This use to be my "go to" oil change service but the last three times makes me very doubtful I might return. I've always serviced all my cars and trucks in your facility and I've always took care of your workers (tip them $20) every time. I've taken my Prius there twice for oil changes and twice I had to replace my push pins under the car. The first time, I let it be and bought a push pin kit. Just like the first time, I kept hearing a slapping noise as I drove on the freeway. I look to find out that the plastic undercarriage cover was not fastened down and flapping against the car. I again had to fasten the cover so it didn't fly off. They there's the issue with my Avalanche. I brought my truck here to get an oil change. When I parked my truck in my driveway, I noticed oil coming leaking from underneath the engine. I never had an oil engine leak from this truck before so I ended up having my truck towed to a mechanic. After a $60 charge to hoist my truck up, he showed me it was a oil filter that wasn't screw on tightly causing the oil to leak out. That explains why it was a oil puddle instead of a dripping leak. I ended up paying for additional oil but like the mechanic said, "you got lucky the engine wasn't running without oil". Funny thing is, I've been coming to this facility for years...from the Honda Prelude (1992) until most recently and had great service that I didn't have to worry about. Now, I'll just look for another reputable station to do my changes. read more

Went in around 1:30 on Friday for a wash and seats and carpets detailing - manager let us know that it'd be a bit extra because of how much dog hair there was (totally valid). About an hour later, it looked nearly brand new, and the team got 99% of the dog hair out (the clingy kind). The staff was clear though busy, and the waiting room was nice to have. read more

Came in 2/7/25 for an oil change, 2/26/25 my car would not start thinking it was a battery issues only to find out there was little to no oil. How this can happen is beyond me. No signs of leakage whatsoever. It was obvious they had replaced the oil filter , did y'all not put in enough oil or what!?!?. I've been here several time and never had issues. Definitely many different guy working here now. All I know is that I will not be coming back. I don't understand how my oil level came down in a span of almost 4 weeks. It was shocking when I was told by a mechanic there was no oil. I don't know what they did but it cost me more money. Be careful getting your oil changed here. It was very upsetting to have deal with something that I've always done here. Wish I could take legal recourse on this. read more

Not only am I driving away with a clean and shiny car detailed to the max, but also leaving with high vibrating positive energy because of how wonderful the atmosphere is here. Rafael greets me every single time without fail and takes the time to get to know all of the regulars as well as making anyone who comes here feel truly valued and appreciated. He sets the tone for my day, and I'm tell you, that makes a difference. It's the little things I am grateful for, and coming to this 7 Flags has it all. Both big and small. My wife took her Subaru Forrester to this establishment to be cleaned inside and out. She was told she would have to pay an additional $3.00 charge because her Subaru was an oversize vehicle. This 2019 Subaru Forrester doesn't have and can't accommodate a 3rd row of seating as it's a smaller vehicle. (Shorter and more narrow than a Honda Accord) Behind the passenger seat is a solid rubber mat covering the entire cargo area reducing the effort needed to vacuum. How do they justify an "Over Size" vehicle? I don't believe they do so. I think they simply took a vantage of my wife and her good nature. I respect their right to operate their business as they see fit. Unfortunately for them I don't agree with their position. To be fair after going back and forth with the manager he did offer to refund the $3.00 but that doesn't excuse their process. How many other women have been bilked for $3.00? This is going to end with people going elsewhere or people taking that $3.00 from the gratuity they give to the staff. I'm thinking I'll take my business elsewhere as their actions aren't acceptable from my position. read more

Paid $40 for a full service car wash but that didn't include the seats being cleaned or wiped down. The package basically adds extra dazzle during the car wash ride inside the machine but the interior service sucks with that package. Not sure what the point of "full service" is when it is a plain vacuum inside. read more

As a long-time customer, I've noticed that this place has become too expensive. Today, I paid $30 for the platinum level, which doesn't even include vacuuming. All it offered was a hand dry and a tire dressing that is so watered down it dries out just five minutes after leaving the car wash. Honestly, you would be better off going to a gas station car wash, driving a mile on the freeway to dry off, and then applying some Black Magic tire dressing yourself. read more

So the guy took forever with my debit card. Going to call the bank and get a new one. Just hard to trust people these days. Started with 69.99, then $85 and then he ask if I have a 3rd row , I do(seats are down, so just a large trunk). He wanted to charge another $20 for oversize car. I told him, I going to leave. So he says it's his bad he forgot and won't charge. (He had already ran my card so he was going to have to do it again for another $20) They promise 30 mins, car was done in less than 15 mins. Too quick!! That's why it's still dirty. OMG!! The more I look the more dirt I find. I am going to call them and ask for a refund or discount. If not I am calling my bank and asking for a refund for a crappie service. Edit: Called and spoke to a manager. He was nice and understanding. He said, he'll give me a free car wash when I can bring the car back. read more

They will check your tires, check your cabin filter, and they offer a free car wash with every oil change. Garrett was very friendly, explained everything in detail, and even showed me my dirty filters and oil stick before and after the oil change!! Give him a raise! read more
