I had to hired another attorney. These people did nothing for my case and I have to wait for the hearing phase. I contacted the office multiple times and always got the same person. The last time the woman put me on hold and never came back to the phone. They previously had an office opened in Waycross, but that office seems to be closed down. This office never did anything from my case, but would not remove their selves. My lawyer had to jump through hoops and they did all the work. They got all of my medical records and this could've been done long before the hearing phase. Found out he has multiple offices across multiple states. I hope that he's provided good results for other people, but I'd find someone else more personal. This cop likes to ride with their name on your disability application all the way to the end, even without doing any work and you end up having to hire another attorney that does all the work so that to see if they can get paid for they didn't do so grateful they didn't request any payment on my case, but they would not remove their name for nothing

Just called them today and without them asking for any records from Drs. We was told that this company decided not to take my case saying they wouldn't win it. The defendants were not cooperative but my attorneys stuck with it. Then Covid hit. Mediation was then cancelled and delayed (mediation is required by law). Finally, mediation was scheduled via internet. This was actually as soon as it could be done. We met at their Columbia office and while mediation was a long process, the attorneys never gave up and supported me the entire time. I am very satisfied with their work and diligence in this case. I would recommend this firm to anyone, including my family. I would use them again too but I hope I never have that need again.

" The company has a new adjuster because the old one quit. And the new one want respond like the old one. Out of the 2 years i have spoken to Edward maybe 5 times. It was either his assistant (Arianna) who is extremely dismissive and 10% helpful. I have had to ask to speak to the manager at least 2 times. He was very condescending. They say they will call in 24/48hrs and never do. They claim they treat every case the same. I don't believe that. If this is a strategy of his, it sucks.
