Everything went well until ending of our business with them yesterday . If your like us , don't have the money but pays about 60/70 % within the month .... They will drop you . Just like they've done my brother . They didn't even give me a chance to go at the court house , wait for and hear what we gotta say . I know other lawyers who'd be more understanding but this team with Mr . Patel , he's good but I'd say strict , strict, strict . Alittle compassion & understanding would be nice added to y'all business. The only time I'd say we were very behind on payment was this months own . I know it was late but I've already sent it almost $400 just hours before his time for court . His assistant saw it , they requested for the rest . So ofc when I was on my way to deposit and send the rest then I get a call from Liza , her telling me "Maam this is serious ! You need to be there !" to court ....... so I dropped what I was doing , rushed to the court house just to show up and no words from either of them . Ghosted me the whole time after I got there when they're the one ( Liza ) telling me to get there . I didn't think they would need me , my brother is the client , the defendant. But since They /Liza , wanna email me and say I'm not his client , like yall said I wasn't in the email yall send me then what was the reason for you guys to call me & tell me that yall needed me there for ? Couldn't even start my brothers case all because of $$$ . His assistant saw the payment went through , I was just about to sent the rest , deposit it but that's when they called me , Liza talking as if I'm one of her kids tf .... They called me to get there asap so I DID ! But once I got there , I texted them I tried calling them but yk what , both of them wasn't answering AT ALL ! That's when I knew ! Yk what they failed to do ? Give us a chance to speak ! Liza knew I was going to get there .I'm not sure if she didnt let Patel know I was coming which is why he just left or they just both got bad communication with eachother to its clients . I even told her on the phone even texting . As I got to the court house , I messaged them that I was there . We were confused , lost and wondering where is Patel . No words , no calls or text at all back at me , our case now going up to state over a misunderstanding that Patel was too sensitive or irritated to even come back and help us with ........ but they see the money and demands the rest now . At this point I don't even wanna pay the rest to y'all . either his assistant Mrs Liza has no communication with her boss & Patel just sees you as a check . Like he told my brother " I DONT WORK FOR FREE." That's when I knew the type of man he is . What he lacks is to be patient & understanding. I know some lawyers who are decent , it honestly felt like we were a rush case with him . Only reason why we chose him first was because he had great reviews + he was brown person who I thought couldn't understand where we were coming from . But looking at it now , we just felt like a rush case with him . They wanna say we barely follow up with the case , excuse me ? We've been asking questions about the video footages for proof but both of them or Liza would never come up with anything .It wasn't till we asked about getting a copy , Like did he even see the proof on the footage or just treated us like a number? all he said was " well it's all on the report ." And if you noticed on the report Mr . Patel , they put the wrong ethnicity on the report ! Im not sure if he just saw the report and went along with what the report says but ..... like he said it on our last meeting " well that's what it says ....on the report ." So did you even watch the footage ? Or was we just a rush case ? Thanks for y'all services . It could've been better & we still had time to go up in the court house but instead of waiting to for me to hear me out as I rushed myself to get there ...... they left us hanging ! NO TEXT BACK NOR CALLS once I arrived . Patel wanna go furious and just told my brother " IM DONE WITH YOU !" A lawyer with no patience nor understanding. Yeah I've learn my lesson !
