Instead, I suffered. The office doesn't accept credit cards for co-pay. I had the lady at the front desk send me a bill for it. Then she couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance and hassled me for how to do it. I have no clue, I am a patient. THEN, weeks later she calls my husbands corporate headquarters and trashmouths me, saying she cannot figure out how to bill my insurance and that her doctor is getting angry with her and that I haven't paid my bill, which I had!!! To call someone's place of employment because you cannot figure out your billing process and SLANDER someone because you are an absolute clueless person, is unacceptable. NEVER again. If I had the doctor's number, I'd call him and have her fired.

His hours are very accommodating with most hectic schedules and he will do anything he can to accommodate when you need him most. He opens early, before work hours, and closes after work hours The office is really relaxing and very clean. And his private rooms are great. he has those chairs that stretch out and warm up your back before he sees you. They definitely help. Dr. Pico will also work with you to make sure you can afford to have your adjustments, if in normal cases you couldn't. He takes insurance and if he doesn't take your insurance, he will do whatever it takes to make sure you don't leave there, emptying your pockets. His office offers other great healing processes and products too. Massage and acupuncture, etc.. My back is very difficult to adjust and he won't let me leave until I am 100% comfortable and everything is in place.
