My FAVORITE local dispensary. Campbell (SOUP) is such an awesome budtender. I just tell him what kind of effect I'm looking for and he takes care of the rest. Very knowledgeable, kind, and people friendly. Sometimes the music is a little too loud. I'm not too fond of the new tall lady they hired. She's very rude and doesn't take the time to see what you want. Just wants the next customer. I believe they got rid of her cuz I haven't seen her the last 3 times I went in, could be on a different shift. All in all, I love this dispensary! Now for her knowledge base; mixing those sticky oils always results in waste (bc they are so sticky) she got me all the exact wax, that works best and there are 5 perfectly clean Quantainers in the trash, no waste. I was at the Zips downtown that used to be Urban Bud. Let me first start by saying I know nothing about cannabis and I only use gummies so I can sleep better. When I entered the store I was immediately greated by a young lady and she was very welcoming. I went to the counter and she helped me out and I explained to her that I don't know anything and need to sleep better. She was extremely helpful and I appreciated that she educated me on what to use and which gummies tasted good. Her name is Lexi and she really was amazingly helpful and kind. As I get home I unpack everything and notice one of my pre-roll packages isn't sealed. I open it up and notice one pre-roll is busted/leaking and the other wasn't there. The best recreational marijuana store in Tacoma, WA I will say that I truly enjoy every time I go to Highway 7 for my marijuana because the staff are really nice and there is always a good selection of cannabis available. If for some reason they are out of something like pre-rolled joints, it is only a matter of a day or 2 at most before they have more, I know as I frequent there often. Their prices are very competitive with some products comparable to medical dispensary prices as they are always getting good deals from the growers. I have been recently smoking 1G pre-rolled joints that are between 25% and 27% THC and for $15 to give you an example but the prices vary depending on what you're getting of course and the deals and weight changes depending on the grower I guess. They also have wax and eatables and of course buds in different weighted amounts. The music has never been too loud and I actually like that they have the game playing on the TV's in the lobby. I've been to a few dispensaries in Oregon and Washington. This was in my opinion the most sketchy one... They advertise the best prices in Washington yet add taxes after you pay. The packages are priced without all the taxes added on so a $10.24 deal really costs you $15.05! I understand taxes but was caught up in the fact that all the other dispensaries I went to had taxes added in so a $10 deal was really $10 dollars... The staff was not helpful at all..
