Half of the equipment inside the wash did not function. It worked as well as dragging a soapy rug over the car. Air dryers had no covers to direct the air so it was just jet-force turbines blowing in one spot. Came out the other side of the wash with the car still covered in suds on the top and dirty - but dry - on the sides. Confusing, ineffective, still need a car wash. read more

Car wash said it was open on yelp and Google Maps, drove out of my way to come here and when I pull in it's closed

This location is horrible. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house. I just went and tried to get a wash at 6:00 on Sunday and they are closed even though it says 7p. This is all the time. The service is subpar and the interior of the wash needs to be updated like most other zips locations in the area. The only reason I still have a membership is because it has the most locations than other ones. read more

Came and the employees were outside smoking pot in the entrance to the car wash, which would have been whatever if they hadn't turned off the car wash randomly. I was driving down 64 today when I saw a person advertising a $5 car wash. I had been out of town & my car was fairly dirty. On my way back I stopped by. The $5 wash was for a "light wash" I chose the next to highest wash they had. The staff had issues with the credit card machine. When I got to the person, he instructed me to pull in directly behind a different car. Luckily someone inside caught it. I would have hit the car in front of me. I asked the guy to spray my car. He went off on me yelling that I had to get on a website & request it. He never sprayed my car. Went through the wash & not only did I still have bugs on my car & windshield but the passenger side of my windshield had not been touched. I pulled out & immediately drove back to the gate. The lady let me go back through. My car wasn't much cleaner after the 2nd time. The vacuums didn't have much suction. Took forever & I left with dirty carpet. When I got home, I had to use my own shop vac to clean carpet, winder for the outside windshield. My daughter came out & made the comment that she thought I got my car washed b/c it was just as dirty as when I left. Don't waste your time or $$$ here. It wasn't worth it & to get yelled at by the guy wearing the hat wasn't cool either. read more

The on on 64 is horrible, have the things inside the car wash doesn't work and alway closed during operation hours. Sometimes they pre-spray my car. I pay for three membership that I may consider the new non zip car wash on Macon and Houston Leeve. This once was a great car wash been a members since 2017. Shm read more

Terrible wash, paid $15 to not even get the car clean. I've been to plenty other car wash places that do a better job than this place. I know machines can't be perfect, but this was horrible. A waste of money. There were not enough things hanging down to even clean the width of my vehicle. The vacuum was trash. It looks like I didn't even go through a car wash. read more

i've never had a worse experience at a car wash. The so called manager was more interested in having a personal conversation with the car in front of me than letting me purchase a monthly membership. myself and another car left without washes. after speaking with the manager and being told to go to the other lane which had already been done and wasn't even visable to make a selection the manager tells us he doesn't want our business when I asked him if the wash was even open after seeing the other car leave out of frustration. I've never been treated worse in my life. Stay far away from this place. read more

This location seems to be the best of them from east Memphis to this one. Employees are courteous and helpful. The car wash does a food job but the drying process needs a lot of work. My mirrors and back of my vehicle always remain were after the drying process. I pull over and dry it with towels I carry just for this. The vacuums always work well. No problems there. The employees keep the location clean. read more

I am a monthly club member and I was shocked to find 2 sets of big scratches on my hood , along the windshield and on top of my car. I will be cancelling my membership. Also the guy that answered my call could not tell me anyone to call only to come by and fill out a damage claim form. I called back to let him know the customer service number. Great facility with equipment that is semi-outdated but still functional. Everything always works when I'm here and the team is always very courteous and sweet. I was vacuuming out my sedan at 7:55 PM and instead of cutting the vacuums off at 8 (closing time), they let me stay and finish up for a few more minutes! Simple acts of kindness like this stretch a long way. read more

Used to be the best car wash around when it was boomerang since the recent change to Zips things have gone downhill fast. Every visit has a new piece of equipment that doesn't work in the tunnel. Today's visit even the water smelled sour. The vacuums are taken up by free loaders who haven't even used the carwash with no effort by staff to do anything about it. One positive was the car wash packs were a great value, but not if the wash sucks which it certainly does now. 2 stars because of the wash memberships, soon to be one of they don't start fixing things. I am seriously considering canceling my 2 memberships. Only getting worse location on Germantown parkway is sooooo much better can't believe it's the same chain!!! read more
