Moriah and Ridgeway that I was paying $39.99 a month for two years, but the highest plan was billed at $32.99 a month. I attempted to call someone at the company's headquarters but was advised that I had to email customer service. I subsequently emailed customer service and was advised that yes I was billed at $39.99 a month and the highest rate was indeed $32.99. I was then advised that the current rate is now $39.99 a month so I was not eligible for a refund. I explained to the representative again (all via email) that I only wanted to pay what the highest paying customer was paying during the time I was overpaying. The representative doubled down and stated I was ineligible for a refund. This literally is thievery behavior. I literally use the carwash once to twice a month and this idiot representative costs the company a loyal paying customer. Text exchange with the representative: Message: I would like to talk with a representative regarding my account. On a recent visit I was advised that I have been paying an additional $10.00 a month since I started my account. Please give me a callback.
