    This is the worst company ever. I have been a customer of the company for over 10 years. I learned…read morevia a customer service representative at the Take 5 on Mt. Moriah and Ridgeway that I was paying $39.99 a month for two years, but the highest plan was billed at $32.99 a month. I attempted to call someone at the company's headquarters but was advised that I had to email customer service. I subsequently emailed customer service and was advised that yes I was billed at $39.99 a month and the highest rate was indeed $32.99. I was then advised that the current rate is now $39.99 a month so I was not eligible for a refund. I explained to the representative again (all via email) that I only wanted to pay what the highest paying customer was paying during the time I was overpaying. The representative doubled down and stated I was ineligible for a refund. This literally is thievery behavior. I literally use the carwash once to twice a month and this idiot representative costs the company a loyal paying customer. Text exchange with the representative: Message: I would like to talk with a representative regarding my account. On a recent visit I was advised that I have been paying an additional $10.00 a month since I started my account. Please give me a callback. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have been billed at the Unlimited Plan rate that was in effect at the time of your enrollment. At this time, the monthly rate for the Pro5 Plus plan is $40. Based on our records, your account has been billed correctly according to the applicable membership pricing. Thank you, Dani Customer Care Supervisor ME: I understand what the rate is now. My issue is the fact that the highest plan you had prior to this change was 32.99 before taxes. I was being billed at 39.99 a month before the change took effect. It does not make since to me that I would have to pay more for simply being a customer when your company converted Carwash USA. I would like to have this rectified.
