Just drove over (10-minute drive one way) and was closed at 7:30. Hours are clearly posted as open to 8:00. Several other members/customers were circling and we had a conversation and I was informed that these kids close early every Friday night. What's the chance that I'll get this months fee refunded? Today a hydraulic hose busted inside the car wash and it covered my car with oil the brushes or cloths have to be covered also. The store said it was up to corporate to help me with cost of cleaning my car I had to have a professional come and degrease my car and now another person to wax and clean my seals. 5 others also have to do this. I kept my membership for a year but was never satisfied it never cleaned the back of my vehicle. I would not recommend this place at all read more

Ran my new 64k truck thru wash only to see dent when drying it off. Walked back in and reported it. Mgr emails me a week later to say their camera couldnt see a dent so they wont pay nor show me the video. The place was great 3 years ago, the place changed names (I assume ownership) and it has not been the same since. They don't do the power wash all the time (1 out of 10), tv that displays what wash you are getting while waiting for your car to start moving does not function. The wheels on the car have to be cleaned by hand because the car wash has non-functioning areas that prevent from cleaning right. Lastly the rubber mat cleaner was an excellent feature in this car wash and has been broken for more than a year. read more

Went in last week for a quick wash to knock off the salt from a trip up north. Not only did the wash leave salt on parts of the car, but the roof was still dirty! If I had noticed it at the time, I would have said something, but unfortunately didn't see it until the next morning, so I figured it was too late to complain. Im surprised to see so many negative reviews. Ive used this car wash a few months ago and was impressed. I was just browsing because I forgot how much I paid...All towels were available and clean when I went. It was pretty great actually. Vacuums worked, I got the ceramic coat package and was satisfied. It is not a detail shop, but for a drive thru car wash it impressed me...and I have detailed cars for a living when younger. read more

This place has went downhill. Vacuums are garbage if you can find one with a hose even on it. The towel cart is hardly ever outside anymore & the the spray bottles with cleaner are so diluted it's pretty much just water. The floor mat cleaner has been out of order for a long time. Pros: the car wash itself isn't bad & the young kids that work there are friendly... but I've never seen a manager or maintenance tech working to fix the broken equipment. read more

Out of all the zips I've used this is by far the worst one and it is my main 1. Most of the time, There is little to no beginning soap so dry Brushes rub your car. Some brushes don't turn so the sides of your car don't get washed and then The rinse water doesn't work fully so you don't get a complete rinse and have to towel dry the car. Today there were no towels. Which I don't know if it matters because 90% of the time they are soaking wet. read more

I did not realize this was longer Time To Shine. No towels tried 3 different bays to find a working vacuum and gave up after 3 unsuccessful attempts. I tried to call when I left to complain about vacuums and quality of wash. I could not reach a human and automated answer kept hanging up on me. The workers are the laziest most useless employees I've ever seen. They have no customer urgency. And almost compete to see who can do the least through the day.The store manager along with the rest of the employees take paid lunch breaks....time clock fraud. Over half of the wash doesn't currently work maybe 3 quarters of it. They are HORRIBLE!!! THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE BADLY I went to take my car to get washed, paid $25.00 and went in thinking I would get a quick wash. I should have known something was wrong when they allowed multiple cars to go in one after another almost bumper to bumper. When it was my turn the young man in the front that looked like he was about 17 motioned for me to go in. I knew my tires were not in the rails corectly because I started hearing crunching noises as soon as I was told to go in. I asked the worker if my tires were in correctly and he said yes and motioned me in. Immediately things went wrong, after the neon suds started to fill m windsheild and my truck began jerking and not automatically moving like it was supposed to, I felt I needed to put my winsheild wipers on because my 8 year old daughter was in the backseat scared and crying so I started tapping on my breaks. I am so glad I chose to turn my winsheild wipers on because my truck was facing a wall inside of the car wash which was the noises I was hearing prior to turning my wipers on. After that the car behind me hit me and the workers words to me were... "By the way the car behind you hit you so you guys will have to work that out when you get out" (The person that hit me barely tapped my truck and there was no damage to my vehicle even though the worker tried to blame him for all my damage which was untrue because he hit me after my truck hit the wall) Once I go out I noticed there was something leaking heavily under my truck. I found out my winsheild wiper fluid compartment under my vehicle was busted along with dents in the side of my truck and major damage to the front right side of my truck. I put in a claim for their insurance to pay for my damage to my 2021 Rave 4 and they told me it wad denied because my foot was on the break. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! The guy who hit me went in with me to tell them he saw everything and they still denied my claim. H also worked at Toyota and looked over my car and said there may be other issues under my truck and to take it to get looked at asap. 4 peope cancelled their memberships on the spot after seeing my truck. This is the first time I've got my car washed since the new ownership. I had a coupon code but no keypad on the car wash station so they let me in for free. Car wash broke down in the middle of me going through it, so they let me go back through for again for free. Once out the second time with it washing my car, my car was NOT clean. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK UNTIL THEY CLOSE DOWN AND A NEW OWNER STARTS IT BACK UP. read more

This car wash was much better under Time to Shine ownership. The last 2 times I've been, there have been problems with the vacuums, only a couple were working. Also, NO towels on one of those visits. This car wash is closed/coned off pretty much every time I try to go through. Tried calling customer support and got a "please try again later" recording. Today their were card by the vacuums and cars waiting to go through, but it's coned off again. Seems like they just close it off every time they see that they might get busy. When I do get to go through, 90% of the time I'm scrubbing bugs off my front bumper afterward too, since they don't spray the front bumper and apparently brushes don't get it. Update. They are still charging me for my membership even though the car was sold three months ago. I have contacted them a dozen times and they do not reply. This car wash is horrible after changing owners. After trying to cancel multiple times, never getting the account canceled, and being charged yet again, I finally had to block the charge from going through with my bank. The online ticket system does not work, and the 1800 number does not work. The car wash itself only half way works and is always nasty. I wouldn't even give this place one star. read more

I went there for the first time and their top roller brush was broken. The workers said they have been broken for 2 monuts! When we asked for the manager's number, they won't give it to us because they were instructed by their manager to not to give it. I wouldn't have given it any star but I had to choose.
