My husband and I came here together to wash our vehicles and I was very excited to wash my car DIY style. The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though. read more

I came here to wash my car and all I did was waste 20 minutes of my time and they charged me $30. That's why they stole 20 minutes from me in short here so I don't recommend coming here other car washes charge $10 nine dollars. read more

I often stop by this location to vacuum my seats and carpets. The attendant is very responsive and ensures the grounds stay clean and maintenances. This location is located off the outer circle of New Circle Road and is across from the Kroger Shopping Center. read more

The automatic car wash did a great job. There were still some bugs on front but the rest cleaned up well.

This is the second or third time I've stopped by this location for a quick touch up wash and end up going all out lol... I love that it has a pre-soak option as well as hot foam and my absolute favorite thing is the hand held dryer... it would cost to much to dry the whole car with it (I'm slow and take my time ) but if you wanna do the roof and windows it's perfect... As for as cons for the place, the area isn't that great but other than 1 guy asking for spare change I'd say my only complaint is the amount of trash. I've seen the owner reply and say it builds up fast and I agree with him to an extent but when I left my tire pressure gauge sitting on the thing beside the trash and came back the next day to see if I had gotten lucky and it still be there and to my great surprise lol it was there as was all the trash from the day before along with new stuff from new customers.. but anyways that's just a eye sore and doesn't effect the car wash itself and I highly recommend giving this one a shot. I haven't used the automatic washes as I don't use them anywhere because I enjoy washing cars myself... so basically over look the trash cans and go clean your car!!! It cost $3 dollars to start, and the machine in the wash booth takes dollar bills as well as quarters!! Anyways it's a nice little joint! read more

To me, this is a great combo of inexpensive yet effective. I did the Super wash ($8, but $6 with code). My car turned out great, and did not collect dirt during my subsequent trips to Natural Bridge, Red River Gorge, and Cumberland Falls. The car remained shiny and clean for a little while longer than I'm used to. The wash was quick and great. They have a power blow dry at the end that may not be optimal for all cars (see picture), but despite the lack of cleanliness (at least when I was there) and questionable neighborhood, it's a great place overall. I went to the vacuums after my wash. It was $1 for the vacuum or $2.50 for both vacuum and hot foam for car mats. And you can add quarters while it is running to add time. The machines also have a debit card option, but I used old-fashioned quarters. The vacuum did its job, and the hot foam got my mats nice and clean. I did not use the manual wash stations. I hear they offer a hot dry option in these manual stations, but reviews on other sites said they were charged a lot ($10 for 6 mins supposedly) In the end, I'd come back here for my car wash needs. Went through the automatic wash and it malfunctioned and got stuck- it just sat there for several minutes on the back until I finally pulled out with soap still all over my car. I went around to the regular wash bay and a sweet man came to the rescue and let me go back through the automatic. He monitored it to make sure everything worked. Then I got out to vacuum and there was still soap on it so I ended up spraying off on my own anyway. When he saw me he apologized and gave me a complimentary air freshener and told me next time would be in him. He did his best to make it right and was super friendly but I don't think I'll be back. That was too much hassle and by the time I finished I had spent $20. read more

I love manual washes and this one has a handheld manual dryer!!! It was a little pricey. Idk. I felt like the time was going away faster than it should've been but I'm also a slow washer. It was in a safe location and many people were in and out. I'll be back! read more

Went here today for the first time, needed to scrub the bugs off that I had collected driving up to NE a couple of times. Ya, its a lease vehicle but I gotta turn it in at the end of the month and I needed to get off my you-know-what today so for for $7 I got some exercise and showed a little pride of ownership or is that lessorship? So, I put a $5 bill in and began with high pressure soap instead of pre-soak 'cause them bugs were baked on if you know what I mean. Then I grabbed the foaming brush and got to work as best I could. Shortly after the buzzer signaled it was time for more coin, I pumped in 8 more quarters. Luckily I came prepared with an additional few dollars in quarters from the 'Ol piggy bank. I will say, and this may be a coincidence but, two car washes and two broken foaming brush hoses...I had to babysit the broken hose to get the job done so it was the real reason for 3 Stars. Anyway, mission completed and the Accord looks pretty darn good, minus a wax job, but hey, it's not mine right? It was kinda busy after I left @3pm on Sunday but there was no wait. All in all, if I needed to scrub bugs or blast off road grime I would return. read more
