For $33.00 I didn't expect it to be detailed but I did expect it to be clean. Not much attention to detail. Vacuuming was not thorough. The seats were not wiped down and the Mats were not cleaned properly and were still dirty. Bugs all over the windshield, front grill and mirrors. Tires were dirty and had not been scrubbed before applying shine so they looked muddy. I had to use their vacuum and cleaning supplies to finish what they should have done. I started coming here because Zips Georgetown was getting worse and worse. I have the premium $30 monthly service. Team members prewash and spray your car to loosen soil in fender liners and bumpers. The wash is usually 4/5. The tire shine works fairly consistently unlike Zips. Vacuums are usually unclogged but this time 3 were. I felt compelled to write review because of a positive customer service experience. My non OEM wiper blade came off during wash. Chris, the GM was able to recover it from the wash, but it was broken. Without requesting, he offered $25 to replace the wiper blade and told me that if it was more to bring receipt and i would be reimbursed. I went to Don Franklin Hyundai and purchased an OEM one for $24.14. Thank you to Chris and all of the staff at VIP for your commitment to quality and customer service. read more

I think this car wash is the best in Georgetown. It nice to have a full service car wash. My husband has the monthly ultimate package, which pays for its self after 3 washes. My biggest complaint is that I've taken two different hatchbacks through here (a Prius and a Matrix) and neither time did they vacuum the back hatch when I got the $23 wash. Check the back of your Kroger receipt and there is usually a coupon for a free towel dry. Self service vacuums are free! read more

This full service car wash is located in Georgetown off Connector Road. I have visited VIP Car Wash several times but this is my first review. I purchased The Works car wash. This included inside n outside cleaning. I like the job they do on both. The cost for the works was $23 dollars which is competitive with other high end car washes. It's never staffed with enough employees. The ones that are doing interior move at a snails pace without any urgency. I kept going back hoping it would get better. It has not. I left today without getting my interior I paid for because they had 3 working and didn't not care they had a line of 5 cars. I will drive to Lexington from now on. read more

An excellent place do go for a quick run thru wash or even a more detailed wash and vacuum, for only $23 the staff will take care of your vehicle inside and out in a friendly and quick manner. The price comes at the cost of attention, so small spots are over looked and despite claiming that the glass will be cleaned, the windows get a minor wipe while the windshield and backglass are ignored entirely. Not worth it. The process is disorganized. The kids working the line are inattentive, disorganized, and seem to lack direction. You don't get most of the 'extras' you pay for. And when you speak up, you're met with a blank stare like you're speaking a different language. And this observation was not a one time experience...it's been multiple. Went to VIP carwash January 9, 2017 after reset snow. I got the $17 car wash which included having my car dried and vacuum it was done very sloppy vacuumed not very well!! Did not even dry my car!! I have a Mazda six silver with dark grey interior there was white salt residue on my plastic door frames on the floor did not even touch!!! Had to do that myself after paying them!!!
