I don't understand why this place has such negative reviews, and I hope it's not because of the location. The only reason I took off a star is because there was no attendant available to help with payment which isn't necessarily an issue for me but there was another driver in front of me that took him maybe 5+ minutes to figure out how to pay. They are enforcing social distancing rules when you vacuum (free with purchase of car wash) which I greatly appreciate mostly because it makes it easier for me to clean my car and have the vacuum hoses readily available on both sides of the car. I wasn't a fan of their prices because I recall getting better deals with Spin Car Wash & Busy Bee BUT this wasn't a big deal for me. Damage done to my car due to spin brushes dragging up my hood and landing on my roof. "We have a body shop that will handle that for you". No thanks, I'm going right to the dealer and getting a true quote for the repairs. The total is over $2300 due to the process required to have the repairs complete. My friend had a HORRIBLE experience at this establishment. I am writing on her behalf as she is extremely distraught. She is a FAITHFUL customer and gets her car washed here often. She recently noticed a dent on her brand new car and went back to this establishment to ensure the damage did not happen here. While the membership price has increased to $30.00 per month (without prior notification), the level of service has decreased. Over the past few months, half of the wash's components DO NOT WORK! It is evident that the equipment is not being maintained. The customer service has also gone down the drain. The workers are constantly on their personal cell phones while working and they do not pre-wash both sides of the vehicle with the sprayer. After years of membership (I've been with them since that particular location was called Lulu's), I cannot take it any longer; this has led me to consider cancelling my membership. If I could give less than one star I would. This place is horrible not only do you go there and not get your car wash properly yesterday I went and paid for the $20 wash which includes the tire shine and then when I get ready to go through the car wash the young man at the entrance tells me if I tip him he'll clean my wheels. I told him I already paid for the tire cleaning and the tire shine and when I went through the wash my wheels were still filthy he did not hit the button to clean my tires and then he came over again and offered to do it for a tip. My wheels were never clean I paid extra to make sure that that was done and I still had to go home and clean my wheels and put tire shine on myself. I went and spoke to the gentleman at the entrance he said that the mechanism that shines the tires was not working and that the young man was just being nice by offering to do it the young man at the machine where I paid should have said to me when I told him I wanted the $20 wash that it would not clean my tires. But instead he allowed me to pay knowing that I would not receive that service. I was scammed! read more

Bought the basic wash and my car was still filthy. The birds droppings did not even wash off. I asked the attendant if we could run it back through and his reply was, ' you're not going to get bird droppings off for the cost of a wash.' maybe this type of service works for some people, but not me. My experience here was very peaceful until it was time to wash the exterior of my car. Luis the manager,which there is no way that someone that works that often around people with that kind of attitude should be working anywhere near anything that has to do with customer service. While upon arriving he was very argumentative with an Sr. Citizen couple. So sad. He was Obnoxious, rude and very argumentative. I have been a nurse in south Florida for 16 yrs and I received a 911 page from the hospital at the time of my exterior wash. All I did was look done and acknowledge my page.. mean while this very attentive employee named Shane was directing me with his hand to move forward but I received it as in roll the window down.. so I did just that. Now here comes the MANAGER telling me I'm not paying attention and that he has a line. I explained to him that I was confirming a page from a surgeon, I apologize, I'm a nurse that is on call and he proceeded to tell me that his line that I had created was more important than my 2 second 911 page. I also paid for the $16 car wash and it did nothing beneficial to my car my rims are still dirty my bumper still has dirt on it it's like I paid for a hose down only!!! I've called and emailed their customer support line and have not received a call back there are no people to get over the phone your simply just trusting these ppl with your credit card info and charging me whenever they feel necessary. I called to cancel got someone over the phone 2 days later and then they ended up charging me anyways the next week which isn't even my billing day ! I got my car washed on September 21, 2018. As I was going through the car wash, I heard this crackling sound on my back window. When I drove around to vacuum my car, I noticed that the wing on top of my back window where the center break light sits on a SUV. I told the attendant and he went in the room for about 20 minutes and just forgot I was still there. we went to look and see if I was lying about my car being damaged. He saw the parts on the floor of the drive through. Then I asked him to give me the part that was torn off my car, he refused. This will be my last time coming here. After my wash, I pulled up to the free vacuums. I tried about five vacuums and each one had barely enough lifting power to pick up simple dirt on my floor. While attempting to vacuum, I noticed white spots all over my truck. They appeared to be left over soap residue from the drive-through wash I just exited. I gave up on any hopes of vacuuming. Approached an employee. I asked him if I can please drive through again just to get the soap off. He replied with your going to have to go use the prep bucket in the corner before I can let you go through again because there are cameras here. I said I didn't come here to wash my own car and I just want to get the soap off that your machine didn't. He says sarcastically to me "well I guess the customers make the rules now". I said if it's an issue, just give me my money back. After that, he allowed me to drive my car through.
