It's been closed for 2 months. They're still taking my membership payment out of my account though. Ridiculous!

This carwash is just horrible. -Does not open or close on time... Opens late closes early. -Several vacuum cleaners are broken. -Carwash is not lit up/dark areas around vacuum cleaners/very erie. -Several potholes/not well maintained. -Supply tables never fully stocked. Several empty glass cleaner bottles.. -Staff not Guest service focused. -Membership cancelation was not a pleasant process. read more

Before paying for service, I was not notified that the vacuum machine was out of service. The car wash was very basic and a little over priced for $18. And the tire shine did not stay on 5mins after I left. read more

I need to update to be fair to the new ownership. Zips has bought the place and have completely updated/fixed the car wash itself. I don't know who owned it when dude fell in. It now covers every inch of my vehicle in clean! Hell, it's so strong it pushes in both side mirrors every time I go through. I've made the decision to not ever use the "tire shine" feature on my car because they all leave my wheels nasty because of my low profile tires. I haven't tried the vacuums again at this location. My new plan has me going through the wash so much I only vacuum like every three or four times. I signed up for the best thing ever! It's $14.95 per month for unlimited car washes (regular washes). I can pull up to any Zips car wash and slide right through without even rolling down the window. They put a RF tag on my windshield and it reads it as soon as you pull up. Super Cool! I washed my car yesterday and it's raining today... guess who doesn't even care??? I will be riding through one of the car washes tomorrow as they are all around where I roam. *Pro tip. I use a product called "Tire Wet" made by Black Magic. That stuff is awesome! It actually makes it through four or five washes and is still shiny. Very unreliable service. I purchased the unlimited wash package a while ago and more often than not, the drive through is out of service. Very convenient features and I love the location and free vacuum and towel station, but extremely frustrating to drive up and the wash is not in service. Seems to be endless technical issues with the toll gate. read more

The only stars I can give this business are the ones I was seeing after my truck dropped into the pit with me in it. Glad the kids weren't with me. They're terrified of the carwash to start with. Management started out very apologetic and wanting to make things right. This soon faded after being being passed to regional & then district manager. I guess the more people you involve the easier it becomes to distance yourself from responsibility. I've given up on them doing the right thing. This was back in Jan. After the snow/ice & I just wanted to get the salt off the truck. read more

$25.00 for my wash. Dude at the beginning is suppose to was the front side and rear of the car didn't happen. He was to busy talking to the female worker. The back of the sun wasn't even touched by him or the car wash. Had to wash it when I got home. When you come close to this place just keep going. read more

Vacuum first...then ride through... I remember being a kid and going to the car wash in my Mom's LTD. Always wanted to stay in the car at Mr. Pride. Glad society has progressed to letting kids have some fun...you know riding through the car wash in my car! Seriously I've tried other locations and while none of these auto washes get it clean like you would in the drive way...this one is good enough for me. Crack the kids window on the rinse side...its sure to shake them loose of the I-phone...for a second or two anyway. read more

Tip: Never get the better and best wash. Always get the good/basic wash. Triple foam soap does not work most of the time. Vacuum suction is a big joke. Zips in Hacks Cross is way better tbh. read more

Scratch up my new paint job and really didn't get my car clean and vacuum no hood won't be coming back

My car always comes out dirty every time I visit this location.... most of the overhead brushes don't even move back and forth and the vacuums never have enough suction to pick anything up!not sure why I'm dumb enough to keep going back?! read more

Horrible car wash. Lazy employees. The tunnel is short, for SUVs it is not a well working machine. The side/rear brushes missed my rear end completely. My rims are still filthy. Do not use this facility. Waste of money. read more

I just wish I could give this business zero stars. I purchased the membership back in December 2021 and I've had it for six weeks. Out of six weeks I could tell you nine occasions during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8-5 that this business was either shut down, computer didn't work, no employees to run the business, or just "zipped out", this place is completely unreliable, the car wash itself is average, but you'll never know that because they're never consistent anyways. If they don't change leadership and management I don't see this business lasting very long. I will quickly be canceling my membership as I just had to drive down to car wash USA to wash my truck even though I pay for the services of zip. read more

Just spent $15 on their best wash and what a disappointment! I had to hand scrub the bugs off the front end and windshield. It only put tire shine on the driver side tires. I guess this is the last time I go here with so much competition around. Boomerang, you really need to up your game! read more

Car wash experience was subpar at best. Paid my money to have the car wash I didn't get the best I got the middle car wash, $10. Drove to the building to get my car wash. Was greeted by a young man that did not greet his customer. Did not say one word to me. Just directed my car in the direction it needed to go. Went through The car wash, did OK washing my car, nothing too great but then again it was a $10 car wash. Go to vacuum my car out-the vacuums barely have any sucking power did not get my car cleaned at all. And half of the vacuums were not working. Don't think I'll be zipping into zips again read more

Paid 13 dollars for a car wash that did not even get close to cleaning my car. Very, very disappointed and will not be back. They desperately need to update their equipment to make sure customers are getting what they paid for. Learned my lesson here and will go down the street to Car Wash USA where I should have gone originally. I was in a hurry and Zips was I the same side of the street I was traveling.
