I'm not sure what they remodeled, but they need a refund from the contractor. I paid $22 and have to find another car wash to actually get my car clean. This car wash has continued to go downhill ever since it was first opened. Every year they raise the price and lower the quality.

Went into get my elderly MIL car cleaned and this woman and the kiosk did a HARD up-sell to buy the monthly car wash that we could cancel easily - that we would get notice to do so - we went one time - I don't live there and my MIL can't go on her own - so next thing i know i get a monthly charge again for higher 30 days later and now they won't refund it - so my one car wash ended up costing over $50 for a friggin drive through= after repeated emails back and forth - still no grace on the refund. Really upsetting experience - btw very hard to even hear the details on what the offer entailed at the entry of the car wash with all the noise. BEWARE - do not get sucked in here.

She looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there and in a most uninviting tone, asked could she help me. My car isn't that dirty so I was a bit shocked. I told her to eliminate the shampooing over the upholstery and she knocked off $100. Fine. I will say that they can clean a vehicle. They do an excellent job vacuuming and wiping down the interior. For $295, they ought to be good at that. They told me my vehicle would be ready at 4:30. After several unanswered texts, I ubered backup there at 5:00. They then told me to come back at 6:00. When I ubered back, yet again, with my 5 yr old daughter in tow, it still wasn't ready. I had to sit outside for 45 minutes while they finished. She made sure to tell me they had plenty of cars cleaned while mine was there. Maybe mine was on the back burner. Finally, it was ready. There were silicone spots or whatever shiny product they use on the tires in several places on the body. I had to borrow one of their towels to clean the ones I saw off. There were many more when I got to really check out the vehicle. Now the reason I'm even here spending the time on this review is because they damaged my vehicle and not only denied it, but did it in such a rude way. I will share the pic. There's a piece of leather that connects the steering column to the dash and they ripped it while cleaning it. They tried to deny responsibility, but I know for a 100% fact, without any question, they absolutely did it. I had just gotten back from 2 road trips. One 6 hours round trip and the other was 20 hours. My car is still pretty new since it's a 2019 and I just had 30+ hours to stare at this piece of leather. They ripped it and won't even consider participating in the repair. This is a characteristic I wish I had known about this business before I had gone. Poor poor character. They denied it and I know for an absolute fact, they ripped it when cleaning it. A more minor issue, they knocked off my security light that was fixed to the windshield. No big deal, I'll handle that in a jif. If you don't mind risking damage to your vehicle and the place of business rudely telling you to pound pavement, give them a shot. I do not support liars and surely won't support a business who operates with this complete lack in character. I say give the business to someone who will own their mistakes.

There is only one location versus five or six of the other place if that tells you anything. It is locally owned and operated. I have had multiple interactions with the owner and he is doing all he can to take care of you and it most certainly shows. He is working just as hard as anyone else here. They are always waiting for you when you pull up at the payment center. There are two lanes to pull through and if it's even slightly busy there are two people there to greet you. You get a complimentary drying cloth and a blunt each time you wash. Kidding about the blunt man. Don't be uptight dog. Car wash gets every square inch of your car it seems. I have a $15 a month subscription so no tire shine for me, so I am not sure how that service is. But that bitch is clean when you roll out even with the basic wash. It's so effective I'm afraid it actually wears through the clear coat if you don't keep your car slick and waxed more than usual. I unfortunately cannot use this wash any longer myself in my current vehicle, but continue my subscription in my old dinosaur burner that I gave to my kid. She still loves it.
