I've been a frequent customer here, but today's interaction left a very negative impression. While I was already trapped in the car wash line between other vehicles and the tunnel, an employee (ID 1002053) approached me in an unfriendly manner ("How did you get in here?") and insisted I place the pass sticker on the outside of my windshield. When I explained I preferred not to put stickers on my car, he threatened to cancel my pass unless I put it on the outside of my windshield immediately. There was no courtesy, no explanation of whether this was a new enforcement, and no basic customer respect. If this policy is truly so strict, it should be clearly explained when customers are being encouraged to purchase the pass at the kiosk--not delivered as a threat after you're already stuck in line. After many visits with no previous issue, this was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience cost them a loyal customer. read more

This location isn't great. The quality of the wash is poor and the microfiber towels they provide are dirty so it just smears everything. I drive a 4Runner and the brushes don't even touch the entire back of my truck. And the dryer at the end of the car wash just pushes water around rather than blowing it off so you end up hand drying it anyways. The one on riverdale is better in my opinion. read more

We've had 5 annual passes since it was Car Wash USA. We typically frequent the Collierville location on New Byhallia Rd. I want to know what has happened? In the past several months I've seen the vacuums deteriorate, cleaning supplies emptied and only one entrance gate operational. I have a Fast Pass which gives unlimited access so I am here often. This is probably the smallest location in the County. It is ALWAYS packed and the area to vacuum is always over crowded. The owners should really start discussion on expansion. It has been long enough. This is one of the few spots we have in Collierville. The owners should really consider a larger lot. On a positive note, the manager is great and is extremely pleasant. He is always smiling and engaging. That helps since there are other frustration things about this location. read more

This was the second time this happened. The first time I let it go. At the entrance an employee stops me and says to get the 30-day free washes for $5 in total special. When I said no he related that I could just get the $25 wash I selected for $5. I asked if it auto renewed and he only said you can cancel. But I related no. He took my card and selected the $25 wash. But when I went through all I got was a wash, none of the other things that are supposed to come from the wax, etc. When I then spoke to the staff they said I could run it through again. I have been going to this location and others around Memphis. This one location is the reason I have cancelled my membership after over 5 years. In the last few months I have noticed foam leftover the finish and tire shine is never working. Car finish is spotty and is not "thoroughly clean". When I went through this past weekend the left/driver side brush was not functioning. Service sucks on both Collierville locations as well. I have been satisfied before now and given them a lot of leeway. No more! I'm out! read more

It took two times through for the wash to almost get my jeep clean. Unfortunately they weren't very receptive to my criticism about the dirt that was still untouched under the rails on the top and the headlights with bug remains. I know you can't expect detailing but when you drop over $20 for a good cleaning and you can wipe dirt off with your fingers that's not a good value. My problem was having to wait multiple times to get a response from "management" and having to give them step by step instructions on how to remedy the issues. The biggest factor for the negative review is that I spent nearly twenty minutes at the car wash and left still needing to get out a towel to finish the job. I continue to be disappointed by this place... There is a manager that insist on giving me a hard time about the physical characteristic and configuration of my car every time I go through the car wash although I go through it successfully every time and have gone through it successfully for the past 2 1/2 years before he showed up on the scene (No other staff ever gave me a hard time about my car). I will be going to another car wash soon and taking with it my wife's, son's and my $30 membership that I pay monthly. read more

Place always opens late. Right now, I'm sitting in line for 30 minutes, trapped because the gate is malfunctioning. This is on top of it opening late this morning. Have called and left several messages for customer support at the number they show in the response to complaints on here, but only get answering machine and nobody returns the message. More annoying than it's worth. Finally get to the front, and they have more delays. Then the foam in the beginning that You get with the premium package (don't know if it's the polymer wax stuff or what) completely misses the entire car and only hits the right side. Finally, the dryer doesn't dry the right side of the car at all. Looking forward to the new wash opening on poplar. read more

I came here and my car was covered in these sticky pink flowers that had dried onto my windshield. They looked at my car and did the best they could to get them off for my first go through, but when it didn't work, they let me go through again for free and power washed the flowers off along with the residue they left behind. Collierville's newest car wash, does it clean up the competition? The main reason I'm writing this review is to point out that this is neither a full serve, nor a self-serve car wash. It's a sort of partial service place, and that's not obvious until you've used it. When you drive up you use a touch screen terminal to select one of three levels of wash ($5-$12) and any "extras". Skip the extras, they are not what they seem. You then drive around and an attendant programs the machine and guides you into it. You stay in your car through the wash which is always fun. This place having just been built has a modern wash machine that does a great job on the outside of your car. I was very impressed with the results, often machine washes have some small parts on your car they don't get well but I saw none after my trip through! But that's it. When you come out you can drive up to some vacuums (included in the price) and vacuum your own car. If you ordered the extras (the "dash wipe) you get handed a paper towel so you can do it yourself. Yeah, basically there's no interior services here of any kind. If you just want the outside cleaned the nice new machine does a great job, this is the place to go. If you want your interior done at all this place is totally useless, avoid it and go somewhere else that is full serve. read more

I did the basic five buck wash and was very pleased with the results. My car was pretty filthy when I went in. It came out shiny and clean without any streaking. Like Leo said, it's pretty much self-service which is fine by me. I don't like going to the attended car washes because I feel compelled to tip even if they do a crummy job. I've been going to this car wash for years and have a fast pass. It has recently gone down hill. The wash never opens up on time. If 8AM then 8AM it should be open. Recently it has been opening 30-45 minutes late. The staff is never there on time. Also, the wash has constantly been breaking down. I hear a new wash is being built in Collierville and that might be why. Also, the pay stations always are having issues with non fast pass people. Why not have one lane for fast pass and one for non. It would invent more people to by the fast pass and quite frankly give us who have invested in the pass really time and money savings. This may simply a management issue but all of these reasons have made it frustrating to have a simple car wash and more here. read more

Customer service was completing lacking today! As I was attempting to back out of a space the attendant banged on my car. I have backup cameras and was in NO danger of hitting anyone. He claimed he had the right to do so because he feared there would be an accident. Complete overkill! I was completely aware of my surroundings and so were the other drivers. Then when I complained about banging on the car he yelled at me! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been coming to this location for years and never been treated so disrespectfully. We took our truck in after a cross country trip and the front end was covered with bugs - they advertise that the Bugs will be removed, but after two times through the machine, bugs are still stuck to the front of the truck, not just a few, but a Lot!! You would have thought on the second time through, one of the two gentlemen working there would have taken some initiative (elbow grease) to rub off some of the winged critters, but not so much, just ran it back through with the same result at the end... a bug covered grill. I was also disappointed that for $16.00 I had to vacuum out my own vehicle and detail it inside and out. Totally NOT worth the money!! read more

Car wash is good, BUT the staff always seem to talk to people instead of moving cars. Very annoying.

First, I knew going in that this was an automated car wash. It was a better car wash from machines than we've previously seen..worth $9? probably not. Didn't take all the dirt off and left bird poop, too. But that wasn't the biggest disappointment. We wanted the vacuum, thinking the car vacuums are better than home ones. They're not. The suction on the vacuums was worthless - barely picked up small pieces of dirt and crumbs. Not for dog hair at all. I imagine this is a result of the nanny state - if the vacuums are as powerful as they used to be when I was a kid, then people would get injured cause they either stupid or careless and then sue. So, that's probably not a reflection on the company. Overall, don't spend the $9. The $5 job is probably just as good. read more

I had a $2 coupon that took two buzzes and 5 minutes to the attendant to show up to scan his bar code card so I could proceed. Attendant did not guide my car into the tracks properly. When I put my car in neutral at the attendant's instructions, the car started rolling back. There was a car behind me and I could have rolled into it if I had not applied the brakes. Obviously untrained and incompetent staff. Finally, I was denied rest room access even though I have chronic medical condition requiring facility. I was vacuuming my car when the need arose. This is a violation of Tennessee Code. Car wash was good, although the blow drier is inadequate. I would give it a B in performance. Customer service is absolutely an F-. It has grossly deteriorated over the time I started using the service. The smiles are bogus and definitely show a disregard for the consumer. I was a regular, but NOT now. Stay away! read more

Just came from going thru car wash. Mentioned to attendant when I pulled up that it looked crowded- cars were backed up waiting for vacuums. His answer was- they were busy all day. When I went thru wash- still backed up and was told to keep moving thru so line would not be stopped in the wash. Was not able to vacuum car. Here is an idea- don't put any more cars thru if they are backed up on the other end. And, they were rude! Will not be using them again. read more

I take my car here all the time and always have a great experience. The manager Jimmie is service oriented and just a great example of how a manager should act. Several times I've had a lot of bugs and some tree gunk on my car and he's given it extra attention with a pressure washer or allowed me to go thru the wash a few times in order to get it off. Today, the vacuum was struck and kinked under my car and he immediately (without me asking) saw it and came over joy fully and got it out. Just the best attitude! Keep up the great work here! They handed me 1 rag before I went in to dry off my car after the wash. 1st of all I was in a hero so one thin paper ass rag wasn't gonna dry my car off and 2nd of all if I am paying 13$ for a wash I expect my car to be dry after... when I got out of the car my car was dirtier than it was before I even went. There was soap on the car. Matter in fact I had to go to a different car wash after I went to this one, there was poop still on my car wtf. This place sucks ass!!
