I appreciate an automatic car wash. This one comes with a variety of cleaning and enhancement choices. The $25 option was supposed to be the best one with all of the bells and whistles, and it was the one I selected. You pull up to a kiosk where you can see the options, make your selection, and then pay by credit card. You then wait until your jersey barrier (1 of 3) lifts and lets you know it is your turn to go through the wash. I was unfamiliar with their system, so I was happy to see an attendant who walked over to talk me through the process. He was super friendly and helpful. When you approach the entrance of the wash, there are employees who are actively scrubbing the splattered bugs off the front of your vehicle. They also direct your vehicle into the the guide track where you place it in Neutral for the rest of the ride through the wash. The entrance looks like something out of an amusement park. If I had kids, I would probably take them here while running errands for some quick entertainment. Once through the auto wash, there is a traffic signal that will flash green indicating it is safe to put your car in drive and put your foot on the gas pedal. Be sure to swing around and park in one of the many aisles where you can grab fresh towels and dry off your vehicle, or grab a hose to vaccum the inside. Unfortnuately you have to do it yourself, but at least they provide to tools. In these Covid times, I really appreciate the automatic car wash option. However, I didn't think it was a good value for the money. It was a rather expensive auto wash, and I was still left with plenty of splattered bugs on my windshield and car. I think I would be more likely to choose the least expensive wash the next time. read more

Really gone downhill since acquisition. Was a 5-star review a year ago. Now, the guys that brush at the entrance couldn't be less interested, most time barely even touch your car. The interior cleaning chemicals are now terrible and smell bad. They've randomly closed for repairs several times. I've had two cars enrolled for over a year, but I think I'm done. From the other reviews it sounds like they'll probably still charge me. Can confirm, you have to wash the back of your car yourself, that's always been the case. read more

These guys are rip off artists. I was charged $45 dollars for a month I didn't sign up for. They have this "deal" where to get a $10 wash if you agree to a month long membership that will then turn into $45/month after that. The employees told me I could go ahead and cancel the membership right after purchase so I'd only pay for the first $10 month. I clarified with multiple employees that my membership would in fact cancel and was told yes multiple times. Come to find out I was charged 2 months later without visiting there outside of the first month. Upon calling and emailing corporate, they said they had no record of cancellation and refused to refund for a service not used. All in all, it's the principle of the matter that stinks. Just refund me for a misunderstanding and I'll keep patronizing your business. Not the case, so I'd advise others to stay away from this dishonest company. read more

He was upbeat and super friendly. He educated us completely on their business and helped in determining what we needed. Their premium wash that's only $25 is SO worth it. My car looks fabulous, I can't even believe it. Here's my very favorite part. They offer towels and cleaners to use complimentary. This is HUGE!! Do not use this fraudulent company. In February 2023 I went into the Watkinsville location for a single wash on my debit card. At the time they were pushing monthly memberships. I told them I didn't want it. Three months later I found they had charged me $40 a month or $120 for a membership. I contacted their corporate office and advised them that I didn't authorize it. They stopped it and said we see you didn't use it during this time and will turn it over to our refund team. After not hearing from them I contacted them again. They said since you filed a complaint with your bank, there is nothing we can do, case closed. I did not file any kind of complaint with my bank. They ONLY thing they did was stop the membership after three months. If you don't want to be ripped off don't deal with these crooks.There are much better options. read more

My first time here, it sure will not be my last. Three option to choose from; pull in, use your card to pay then select your wash. Super duper easy. Good value for the money, too, and the wash tunnel is kinda fun. Lots of pretty lights. Maybe I'm just easily amused. Whatever the case, you should give this one a try. read more

Planned on getting two car washes, one regular wash to make sure everything was off of my car before going back through and opting for the ceramic coating. However, when I pulled up to the kiosk one of the attendants walked up to "help" me choose the wash, which is annoying in and of itself but this guy decided he needed to push some deal they were offering at the time. When I politely thanked him and said no he kept pushing and got to the point that he was being rude. I said no 3 or 4 times and he finally said "your math is flawed, you're just throwing away money" and actually sounded angry. So I just chose the ceramic to get the process over with and not have to deal with the unnecessary and aggressive sales pitch and in the end that was a mistake. The most expensive wash they offer didn't even properly rinse off the soap before applying the rain repellent and ceramic coating (as you can see in the photo). I my family and I were pulling out onto Hog Maintain Road; a staff member was pulling into work. I used to be a regular patron at this establishment, ever since zips took over I will never be back. I've tried giving this establishment a chance but I will absolutely never spend one time at this place again. I pulled up today around 8:30 and as soon as I arrived I was berated by the young man working today. He walked up to my car and kept asking why I didn't want to do the $10 membership. Plainly I said "I'm not interested. Thank you tho!" And he gives me this shitty look and goes "And why is that? I don't understand you'd be saving money" so I go " I'm just not interested. Car wash is fine, vacuums weren't good, and the spray and rags are always stocked. However, every time you go in you're haggled to purchase the monthly wash package. We did after being promised it was easy to cancel. After two phone calls, we are hoping not to be charged next month. It's fine to offer this package but don't like being asked at least three times every time you go to purchase it and then getting an eye roll or a huff if you don't sign up. read more

Went through the Watkinsville, GA car wash on 12/17/22- the associate that assisted advised it was cheaper to sign up for unlimited car washes for the month-that they had a $10 unlimited wash special for the month. We weren't given a sticker because we told him we didn't live there. This car wash has been fraudulently debiting our checking account on 1/17/23 for $40 and trying again today for $40. We filed a fraud dispute with our bank and canceled our debit card used - those charges won't be taken again. What a scam is being run by Zips-shame on y'all.... read more
