we are pass holder of get our car wash . we went in it and it didn't blow the water off. or didn't do the tires . so I went in and told the guy what happened he said well the wind will blow the water off your car. I said ya and put water spot on it and it did. then I told him I have been coming her for 2 year and then he said oh well come back threw it . but what hap was the truck in front of me it hade gravel on it and he didn't turn on the blower. but he didn't tell me that till I told him I will call the boss. not to happy I am not read more

I love this carwash! They have a great wash package - 2 super washes, including wax, rain x, tire clean etc. for $30 bucks. I purchase this combo and wash both my Truck and wife's car at least once a month. This is the only car wash I've used where a manager comes out and asks you if you are happy with your carwash. Last summer I lost my 2nd wash ticket - came in and they took care of it - no questions asked - no hassle! They provide all of the cleaning items you will need. Unlimited supply of towels, cleaning sprays, super vacumum sytstem and an air hose. The airhose allows you to spray the cracks and crannies in your vehicle to get out all the dust and crud. The basic wash is a bit pricy at $7, but the freely available microfiber towels, cleaning solutions, and high-powered vacuums made it worth it for me. Any dirt or grime the basic wash missed, I touched up with the microfiber towels and was able to clean my interior thoroughly thanks to the additional supplies offered. Would recommend, especially if you want to spend some time cleaning the interior of your car. read more

Last year I went here and I was approached by this kid named Aiden Pruitt around 15 years of age and he walked up to me and was just immediately very nice and uplifting he asked if he could help me out with anything and I told him that I needed help cleaning out my car and he cleaned out the whole thing for me without any hesitation it was just very inspiring for me and after that day I realized how much the small things really matter and it just made me want to better myself more and more everyday. So long story short now I am a multi trillion-are that graduated from the school of hustlers university and I have more girls on me then when the kids at my school back in the day said they didn't agree with Andrew Tate. I brought my dad's suv here to be washed. The prices range from $7.00 dollars for the basic car wash to $20 dollars for a full service. They also have a monthly unlimited car wash program. I chose the $7.00 car wash. I pulled to the entrance of the wash after using the self pay machine. The two guys were very nice. They scrubbed the bumpers with their brushes and the conveyor belt took me and my dad's car through the wash. The car wash puts on a light show presentation as the car is being washed. The wash was super fast lasting under 5 minutes. I pulled out of the car was to the free vacuum and rug cleaning section. There is also free towels and window spray. I am impressed and for 7 dollars it did a really good job. I will use this wash again if I am in the area. read more

My vehicles paint was damaged after going through the wash. I filled out an incident report with one of the managers. They told me that the GM would contact me regarding the damage. It's been three full weeks and I've only been called once, and it was yet again an empty promise of being contacted by the GM. Terrible customer service. Possible damage to your vehicles paint if you use this wash. Oh and not to mention the soap stains that were left all over my vehicle after the wash. Do not go here. Don't waste your money, and don't risk possible damage to your paint. read more

It was supposed to be the "Whole Works"...I thought and even gave the attendant my recpt to let her know...so how does the wash know which car get what...Yes my car was very dirty, but the hood looked untouched, (Yes I need to scrub it...but the wash did nothering, my windshield was not even cleaned completely....I won't be back. read more

Jet Carwash Express looks like your typical chain carwash that don't do a very good washing your car; however this carwash is different. I purchased the cheapest wash available and my truck came out squeaky clean. The attendant, at the front, went around my vehicle, with a brush, scrubbing bumpers and the like with actual force. Sadly, many carwashes just slosh a little soap on the vehicle and call it a day, but this location went the extra mile. The attendant also removed my radio antenna that many places fail to do, but should. When completed, there weren't any dirty streaks or missed spots. I was quite impressed and if I ever return to the Athens area I will be sure to visit Jet Carwash Express again. read more

I'd been going to Jet Express car wash on Highway 29 in Athens, Ga. since they opened. I liked it so much that I bought a membership. I loved that it is near my home and I no longer had to drive across town for a wash. I would drive through at least two to three times a week...I like to ride clean (Lol). As the years went by I started noticing gradual changes that were not to my liking. For example, soap still on windows, dirty parking lot, broken vacuums, no towels on some days, only one employee on duty etc. But, the biggest problem for me was the fact that the tire shine always came out messy on my wheels. I let it be known to the owner on one of the days that he showed up, and he said that my tires were too small (lol). I guess I was supposed to by a car that had wheels that fit the car wash. Eventually, I was told to ask them to turn the shine off and then ask them to come out to my car to put it on. I did that for about 5 months, and then a new manager was hired and he told them not to do this for me because I could get the shine on as I pass through the wash. I explained to him what happened when I did that and he said it was "fixed." Well, that was a lie so, I went back to doing what I was doing from the beginning. It was fine on the days that the manager wasn't there. The guys came out to put it on and it didn't take them five minutes. They were very polite and professional about it. However, on the days that the manager was there...well that's another story. He wanted to argue with me about them putting shine on my tires as if they were giving it to me for free. I don't understand why they even have a tire brush and a spray bottle full of tire shine if they're not going to use it. Needless to say, I canceled my membership and will be driving across town for better service. read more
