    All of my sweater shirts and sweatshirts with hoods that aren't folded over the hanger.

    I ask for my sweater with hoods to be folded over the hanger and it's not difficult to do. I keep getting my clothes back with the hanger through the neck of the sweater or sweatshirt. Then I have hanger marks in the shoulder of the clothes. Then this is the 3rd time I say no creases in my pant and the pants have creases in them. Refuse to give me a refund and I don't want a credit to the account.

    I dropped items off to Zips Cleaners on November 9th, almost over 10 items . However, when I went to go pick up my items on November 19th and got home to examine my items. I noticed what looked to be bleach stains on my knit dress. Once I noticed the stain, I called the store immediately at 11:34am to report what I've seen to a manager. The employee I spoke to explained to me that a manager was not in at the time and wouldn't be in till after 12:30pm and they would call me back. However, I did not receive a call. Instead I went back to the store around 4:45pm and asked to speak to the manager. She was not rude, however, the response provided to my complaint was unsatisfactory. She explained that the stains were already on my dress from the store video she watched. She did provide screenshot views from the video and the pictures that were provided to me does not show any clear stain on my dress. I was given another managers number and they will not respond or answer my call. It's sad I have to make this review as I've used this location before. And when there have been stains on other items I've taken, I point them out and they add tape to mark off the stain. This dress is quite expensive and I'll be will be filing a claim with small claims court as the owner explained he will not be satisfying this issue.     I have been to this dry cleaners before and had no issues. But on my last visit with a down comforter, which the zip's website says they do clean, they refused to take my comforter. The manager said that they don't do anything with down feathers, which is ridiculous because last winter I had it cleaned at the exact same place. Since I've never had this problem before I'm shocked and there's no signage anywhere saying that they don't take down comforters. Next time I will go to a different dry cleaner.

    Coffee stains

    RIDICULOUS/ABSURD service...I spent nearly $50 on 6 items that I continuously returned to them twice after leaving and once again at the counter, because they DIDN'T even ATTEMPT to CLEAN or deodorize my clothes. What's worst is that 4 of the items were 100% cotton after telling me that polyester stains can't be cleaned. Perhaps they thought that I was IGNORANT after bringing them back so many times. What is the purpose of a clothing cleaning company if you don't specialize in "cleaning"? I left messages and emailed the manager, Justin, and also the franchise owner (who is not the lady pictured, BTW); however, I've received no feedback. It's so FAULTY and HEINOUS that they've even simply kept my clothes on the same hangers and just put a new plastic cover on them. I marked the hangers inside to test them. NEVER GO THERE!

    Terrible service. I am here for business and had requested my suit and clothing be picked up via…read moreDoorDash. Well the dasher couldn't find my location, so after 15 minutes of trying to help the uber driver navigate his UPS, he hung up on me. So as a result, I call the store and get the store manager. After explaining the situation, she tries to rush me off the phone and give me corporates number... on a Saturday. So I explain to her that I'm still going to have to go to the store to get my clothes and suit dry-cleaned - she hangs up on me. Here's where the fun comes... so I uber down to the store and upon entering I wait in line. By the grace of God, the uber driver is at the counter talking to the store manager asking about MY order. So as these two are going back and forth, I jump in - well that was awkward because they only have one register open due to their renovations and it's a Saturday! So to ease the situation, I try to make it simple and just explain that I just want to drop the clothes off because I have other things to do. The Uber driver is asking me if I can cancel the order (which you can't), the store manager is spinning around circles telling me I have to call corporate (which I won't) and all I want is my receipt and leave so these other people can be helped. After this whole debacle I am waiting off to the side to what would be their lobby. The store manager, Lisa, decides that's she's going to use the last two cents of her brain to talk about me! She says, "... you call corporate, you figure out your refund - that's not my problem."... to which makes me go back in the store and confront her. The poor store clerk's eyes LIT UP when he realized I was still in the building. I expressed how poorly her management and leadership skills were and how embarrassing it must be to not even have the common sense to check the lobby before berating your customer... I asked for a call back and apology from Jaici Kelly, Director of Operations and Store Development, still haven't heard a response or received an apology... As an executive leader, this poor negligence and disregard for staff safety and customer sentiment reflects on their leadership. The company has a leadership issue.

    I was in a serious debacle trying to wash clothes in my own building that I had to google this…read moreplace because I wanted to try it specifically. From the outside it appears to be clean, inviting, and never busy. Once I arrived, it was very clean, smelled good, organized, excellent service from the staff, and it was very spacious. Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

    I came here today (8/30/25) to do laundry at around 11:30pm and the man that was here working was…read morevery disrespectful. I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.
