Not consistent. I went here and had a bad experience. And it took me three weeks to grow my brows back. Not coming back!

Lady told me she could do eyebrow slits with the threading then after she cut my eyebrow peircing and made it bleed she tells me she can't do that. Literally made me bleed and i had to ask for an alcohol wipe and clean it myself. The lady who gave me a tint tho was very nice and respectful. if you want to get cut and disrespected then this is the PLACE FOR YOU! read more

I've had two different people thread my eyebrows. I plan to keep going. I really like the tint used because it look natural day 1.

I would recommend this salon to anyone!! Priya is the best I have been going to her for years and even travel to see her.

Worst eyebrow threading I've ever received. They do not take appointments anymore, so there's a different person doing your brows every time. Went today and my brows look horrible. They do not even look arched. I have so many gaps in the eyebrows it's ridiculous. Tried to get my eyebrows waxed #fail i asked for my eyebrows waxed and she still insisted on threading them after she waxed them. Then she left one thicker than the other and one shorter. She said "this is your shorter eyebrow. In my mind Im like no you MADE it the shorter one. My eyebrows have a natural arch so they're not that hard to wax. read more

They " Kavita" doesn't honor her appointments nor does she let you know if she's behind nor apologizes for inconvenience. She was already behind when I got there then she decided to put her coworker in front of me raising her voice loudly to say , " she's only getting waxed" wouldn't care if she was getting a single strain of hair clipped! You STILL need to alert your customers! I booked an appointment for a reason , not to be treated as a walk-in!! Furthermore, if she and her other colleagues didn't spend so much time laughing, talking, and stopping to walk around they would be able to finish appointments in a timely fashion! The entire 20 mins I sat there waiting on my already past appointment time she was talking!! Less talk and more work!! This is the exact reason I stopped tipping her, she's rude as hell! read more

HORRIBLE. they require appointments but don't honor them. The girl at the front desk was absolutely NOT helpful, rude and argumentative. I have been three times and each time it got worse. Today it was the front desk blaming the other folks. Not a good environment and obviously not a good place to work. If there was a negative five rating I'd choose it. read more

I've never gotten my eyebrows threaded before, but one of my girlfriends recommended ZIVA to me so I figured I'd give it a try. When I say this was a life changing experience, I'm not playing. This location only has two ladies working. Neither of them are friendly when you walk in. I wasn't greeted or even smiled at upon entering. So big thumbs down for their lack of friendliness. And another thumbs down for the cheap radio that sits in the corner playing static-y country music that is almost worse than the awkward silence inside this place. The two ladies that work here (Priya and Seal) look bored in their work, but I guess I would be too if I removed human hair all day. Anyways, Priya did a decent job threading my eyebrows, but it wasn't anything amazing. She also tried to "casually" sell me more services, which was irritating. Lastly, this location does NOT take any appointments. So, you just walk in and hope that one of the two ladies is free to service you. I wouldn't recommend this place though, as I waited over an hour for service with only six ladies in the waiting room. They take their sweet time on their customers (which is nice to an extent), but the problem lies with when you go to pay for services. They take FOREVER, thus increasing wait times for customers. read more

My first time here and I had a great experience! I would definitely recommend making an appointment because just in the 10 min I was sitting there, 4 people walked in. I started coming here when they first opened. Even after I went to college, I would only get my eyebrows done here and recommended them to so many friends and family. I moved to NY but when I visit home once I always go and get my eyebrows done. Today I took a break from work to go. There were 2 people in front of me and 2 that came after me. The 2 people before me were seen. Priya came from the back and sat at the front for a moment. She skipped my name and motioned for a woman that came after me to sit in the chair. I arrived at right around 2:40 and left at 3:15, was not seen, and was skipped. I looked at the sign in list, and no one below had an appointment scheduled. Not sure why I was skipped after waiting 25 minutes and arriving before the woman that was serviced before me. read more

Went in for a threading and the lady I had took SO long which made the pain worse. She also made one eyebrow shorter than the other AND made me bleed. It's still sore a week later. I can't remember her name but she needs to be fired. And they've honestly never been very friendly anyway since I've been going there but after this, I never want to go back. read more

They weren't very friendly when I've gone to get my brows threaded and left my eyebrows looking uneven. I gave them another chance and they did the same thing. On top of that they don't seem to care when they make mistakes like this. I'm going to have to find a different threading place now. read more
