I used to go to Bombay (American Way now Perkins) but they started arching my eyebrows too thin. I only go to LAILA or BARTI. They are both excellent threaders. I have a unibrow and extremely thick eyebrows, so I am very particular about my brows. Laila is my primary choice but in the case that she would be absent or extremely busy, Barti was the next best. They both managed to arch my eyebrows without making them too thin and not arching them too far back. Due to having a unibrow, many places would make one start farther or closer to the middle than the other. Laila is excellent at arching my eyebrows evenly with minimal pain. In addition, I have never experienced too long of a wait time. In addition to eyebrow threading, they offer facials and waxing. I got a Brazilian bikini wax from them once before. That was my first one, so I have nothing else to compare it to. It was painful, but I left clean with no complaints. All in all, I recommend this place.

My brows and lashes are dark brown with a bit of gray. She said tint and shape, I said tint only. She said fee was $20. Got to appointment and again she said tint and shape and I again said tint only. She talks me into tinting eyelashes also. As she's tinting she doing some rubbing which ends up being shaving. She then does a bit of plucking which ends up being plucking the gray hairs I came to have tinted. She hands me a mirror and my brows are GONE! A fine line of brows left which are not even on both sides. So shocked I can't comment. She then charges me $100 which I pay like an idiot! Additionally I can't see any tint on my lashes.
