When we hadn't heard that they were ready, we called. The tax preparer seemed to have forgotten that he was supposed to do them. He did two and said that we would have to file an extension for the third return and that he would complete it before the October deadline. Come October, we still had not heard from them so I called. Again he seemed to have forgotten that he had promised to do them, and promised to complete the return in time. After not hearing anything AGAIN at the end of November (and now past the extension deadline) I had to call and leave several messages both at the office and on his cell phone, none of which he returned. Now well into December, I finally contacted him at his office and he promises to finish the return. He presents the attitude that it is not an issue that he has forgotten to fulfill his promise and that missing deadlines for filing taxes is no big deal. This is not the standard of accountability that you should tolerate from professional accountants.

We met, I told her my story, probably included a few choice words about the other location, and she saw no issues with any of my paperwork AND I had them completed and filed before the deadline! Tons of regulars who have clearly been coming for years and are on a first name basis with staff. No appointments, walk in only, though you can wait for a specific tax preparer. I was in and out in 90 minutes, the actual filing was a breeze and my tax guy was so nice. I got a discount as a first time customer, and you get the same discount if you refer someone. They also offer drop-off and pick-up later tax services. They run a tight ship, made filing taxes a breeze.

I called the new number that I've found i got though to somebody started to let them know that I'd be contacting the police as well as making a yelp and contacting the FBB and they didn't respond at all aside from the hello when they answered the phone. I then called a few more times with basically the exact results but this time they just let it go straight to voice mail which then I just repeated what I was telling the person who picked up the phone and hung up on me. They quickly scan over your documents while your there, and in my case Connie even made a quick phone call to get some clarifying details that was missing on one of the items I took in. Some days later, I pick up my completed taxes. It was super easy, and I trust that they did the work properly, as the results were similar to what I came up with last year.
