I'd think long and hard before you decide to work with this company. Will can be very charismatic…read morebut charm only goes so far. I had a total of 4 inspections with him and 75% of them were total headaches. The first was the one and only one that went ok - the reason I chose to be a returning customer and pre-pay for the next cluster of inspections I'd need - something I never expected I would regret so much. The second inspection (a pre-drywall inspection) he missed because he went MIA and failed to communicate with me or the builder so he had to refund my money. The third he performed but I had to practically beg to get the report out of him before my walk-through of the house - it took a full week before I had it in hand. The final inspection - an 11-month check in prior to my home warranty expiring - was the worst experience of all. He came out and looked at the house, but I'm not sure he even did a report. For weeks I got excuses as to why he hadn't sent it over yet. Then, I was completely ignored with every call and text going unanswered. Mind you, there is only ONE number to reach him/the company through and the physical address goes to a post office so if he doesn't pick up, you're out of luck. Someone named Brent, who said he worked for Will, did get in touch using Will's work cell and said Will had fallen ill but he would never give me any other way to contact them except through that one number - a number which he too quit answering. He also wasn't able to access my report to send it to me. So, my warranty expired without ever receiving a report and it took more than two months of constantly following up to get a full refund. Save yourself the trouble and hire a legitimate inspector/inspection company because Will Ramey & Frontline Inspections definitely are not. No business I know would treat its customers - especially returning ones - this way. One mishap? Sure - but this was not a one-time thing and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the frustration I've endured.

From the moment he arrived for inspection, he was extremely thorough and friendly. He put together a very large report documenting multiple findings that helped influence the remediation effort. Not only that, but he continually made himself available to me for consulting and questions after the inspection, even on his days off (sorry buddy). He treats his clients like they are family. If I ever suspect mold in my home, I will be trusting him again to lead my plan for resolution so that my family can continue to breathe clean air. What I found especially odd was that, when he canceled, he gave me a referral to another company/person to contact for the inspection. Given that he has made no attempt to reschedule, I'm left wondering whether he had any intention of doing the inspection at all. ADDENDUM after Daniel response: Your response misses the point of my review. I did not criticize you for becoming ill or for canceling the appointment. The issue is that approximately two weeks have passed since the cancellation and I have received no follow-up communication from you whatsoever regarding rescheduling my inspection or whether you intended to move forward with it. I spent considerable time researching PureSpec Environmental before deciding to hire your company. I did not research or select the company you referred me to. While the referral may have been intended as a courtesy, it does not replace basic follow-up with a client who had already gone through the process of reviewing your services, discussing the scope of the inspection, receiving an agreement, requesting revisions, signing it, and scheduling an appointment. What makes the lack of communication more frustrating is that I have seen posts on your company's Facebook page indicating that inspections have been taking place during this time. Yet I have received no message regarding mine. Unfortunately, I have dealt with several Florida service companies recently where communication and accountability have been extremely poor, including delayed or nonexistent responses and even being billed for work that was not completed in my home. Those experiences are precisely why I now pay close attention to communication and follow-through. So, to be clear: the cancellation was never the problem. The lack of communication for the two weeks following the cancellation is the problem.
