He is such a fantastic doctor. He really listens and has always answered all my questions. I use the portal when I have questions or concerns and they are SUPER quick to get back to me. When my son was going here, I was a first time mom - had no idea when to do what vaccines, I just went with their schedule. They ended up messing up the schedule and my son aged out of a vaccine, so now my son never got what he needed to get, and can't now because he's too old. They ended up blaming it on me and saying I confused them with my question on the vaccine schedule. THEN TELL ME YOURE CONFUSED AND ASK ME A QUESTION SO WE CAN CLARIFY. Don't just shoot my son with whatever the f you want! Also, never ask questions because the one blonde nurse just gets pissed - specifically about why they don't use the CDC vaccine schedule. Lastly, I went to Bovenzi because she told me she was an IBCLC. She's not. There's no proof of that anywhere. If anything she's a CLC (which is great), but why lie? Stay away.
