Super bummed. I've had my eyelashes done for over 2 years and have always loved them. Took them off for a few months to regrow, and came here for a full set after not having them on. I was SO excited, always felt prettier after. As soon as I looked in the mirror, I told Lisa "I don't like them at all" I asked for a pretty natural look, they looked clumpy, like a tarantula. I went home, texted Zhora, and she offered to redo them. She redid them, they looked better, but I had to get a fill 4 DAYS later. It's been 4 more days since my fill, and my lashes are falling out left and right. I wish she'd just give me my money back, so I could pay someone else to do them. I've never had so many issues- I didn't know Kelly sold the place, or I would've went to someone's re experienced. Now I'm stuck paying someone else to give me a new set. Waste of money. read more

I jumped the gun on my review above....The second time I saw her for lahses, they looked great but only lasted 1 1/2 weeks..! In additon, I had an appt. for a fill, showed up only 7 minutes late, and she was gone. I had texted her earlier to confirm. I phoned her (she lives nearby the salon) and no answer a mere SEVEN minutes after my appt. was to start....Mind you, I waited for her at least seven mintues before my previous appt. Despite the fact that I both texted and called her right after I got to the salon (on a Friday), she did not have the decency to get back to me for THREE days...She has lost a customer... This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I came across Beautiful Xtreme Lashes thru Yelp and the reviews seemed positive. When I first came in to the parking lot, I located the address specified on Yelp. It is located in the Rite Aid/Vons plaza. It has a store front that is named "Haircutters" and you can ask for Kellie as she is in the back of the salon. (Store front folks weren't the nicest). I had purchased a Yelp deal (100 for 150) and handed her my voucher. She explained there are various thickness and lengths of eyelashes and she chose one for me based on my eyelashes. It was completely comfortable and painless. It felt funny having tape near my eyelids during the procedure but no discomfort. The entire process took about an hour as Kellie places individual lashes in a meticulous manner. I checked in and was offered a free upper lip wax. That was a great freebie and she also offered to clean up my brow area as well. I was thoroughly happy with the end results and am looking forward to seeing how long the lashes last. read more

I got eyelash extensions for the very first time here, and despite lots of people saying they only last 3 weeks, mine lasted closer to 2 months. I still have a few on now that I am trying to hold on to, and that was nearly 10 weeks ago. Not sure if it was me taking really good care of them, or the glue/lashes she uses, but either way they lasted forever. Booked an appt for a fill with Zohra and she sends a text message 5 min before scheduled appt "Zohra is running 10 min late" ok fine, it was actually more like 20 minutes late. So she had me wait 20 minutes and the rushes me through my fill and does a sloppy job. She had shaky hands the whole time so I was feeling uncomfortable and she didn't remove the outgrown extensions (as you should in a fill & replace), she barely added new extensions to my natural lashes. It was an overall rushed sloppy job and the set didn't even last me 2 wks!! I've gone to anette (who no longer works there) that does an amazing job. I won't be returning here! Do your research ladies, don't settle for a rushed job on your lashes. read more

Kellie did an amazing job on my eyelashes! I got them done for my honeymoon and they lasted for about 2 months. She is very sweet and I would definitely recommend her anyone looking to wake up with perfect makeup. I've gotten eyelash extensions before, and hers were much more comfortable and long-lasting. I was a little confused about the location at first, but she's located inside a hair salon. Just ask them when you get in there. Not very glamorous, but clean and efficient. Went in to get my lashes fixed less than a week later and she was trying to charge me an additional $20! I refused to pay more because I only went in so she could fix her own mess. Even after she "fixed" them I had the same problem, I was driving to work one and literally had to pull over cause a lash that was facing downward went into my eye and caused extreme pain. My lashes are about 85% gone after I showered last night.... Less than 2 weeks after she fixed them. Spare yourself the trouble and money, don't come here. read more

Sooooo this is by far the best lash spot in all of LA. It's an extremely reasonable price. And also they are quick and the lashes come out beyond gorgeous! They are so meticulous and perfectionist, which I appreciate! You can literally have them any way you possibly want, natural, or thick and voluminous, long or short she has it all! They even have different colored ones which is cool if you're going to a festival or a special event! Zorah is my go to girl, but if I have an emergency appointment I can always go to absolutely anyone! Which is so comforting! Annette also does an excellent job as well. Horrible!!! Terrible customer service! Unpaid 200$ for fake eyelashes that looked ok but fell out right away and that same day... By the third day so many fell out that I had gaps and spaces, I called the girl that did it and she ignored me! Go elsewhere waiste of money and time!!!! read more

I've been to numerous lash technicians in Los Angeles County & Orange County. I have extremely sensitive eyes. The lashes are soft & glue is non irritating. Annette seriously is amazing. I like my lashes really thick & both corners full. Annette makes sure I'm 100% happy every time. There was one time I was out of town & I had to see another lash tech in San Diego. Biggest mistake ever! Annette removed the blotched job and made my lashes bomb again! Never again will I go somewhere else. The online appointment process is convenient with Zohra. Sweet lady, great convo. Lashes looked amazing but now it's day 5 and my left eye has lost 5 lashes. Right eye is perfect. It's not noticeable to others but I notice. Also I used my yelp coupon ($60 for $150 worth of service) and my lashes only cost $100 (I got "natural" not extreme), YET I was told I had to forfeit my unused $50. I wish I could have applied it to a wax. Oh well.. I guess $60 for $100 lashes is still a good deal. read more

Kelly I've gone to a few times. She does great work for the natural looking lashes. For the extreme lash look she does a great job as well but you really need to make sure to do touch ups to keep the extreme look. Her prices are the best so far in the area. read more

My eyes have never looked better..Zohra is not only professional but she's a master at eyelash extensions, she knows the best length combinations that goes with your eye shape. I just lay down and she always remembers exactly the style I like and what lash combination works best for the shape of my eye. The lashes, full sets and fills are very affordable and the products offered for eyelashes and other services are done with good quality by well trained professionals. The stylists are professional and friendly and take the time to do quality work and make sure you're happy. The studio is under new management by a super great girl who was once a client and really wants to make sure her clients are happy and love their lashes, she's also a great stylist!
