Day ruined, I was looking forward to this appointment. Edit- this unscrupulous business owner just lied and said that I sent a shorter hair picture previously, this is an utter lie, absolutely disgusting behavior. Because of this lie on a public forum, I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. I have documentation of the entire conversation on my end.

Today I treated myself to the most AMAZING facial with CRYSTAL MATTISON at Beauty Studio #19 @ Regency Suites. I work many hours during the week and I finally made the time to take care of my face. Little did I know that CRYSTAL would be not only making my face gorgeous and ever so young looking, but she would massage my hands, and tired feet, too! What a treat!
