I called a "REAL" PROFESSIONAL cleaner. Always ask her what equipment she uses. I asked her if she used a deodorizer and she said she uses shampoo, duh!!! The carpet was soaking wet in the rooms and when I had the professional come out they laughed! My steps were wet in the middle and dry on the sides. Please beware!!
