Of course my tire pressure light came on and of course I was unprepared and pretty panicky since we were supposed to be on vacation. We stopped at central tire just as they were closing. We were about to leave when a nice worker there told me to pull around the side. They checked my tires which were all low due to weather change and aired them all up with no charge! About three different men assisted me (I wish I knew their names). They were all so kind and hard-working. If I lived in Kosciusko, I would take my car to central tire any time. They are a great bunch of people!

Well when I came to check out I went to get my floor jack, and apparently they sold it! They said they were sorry and there's nothing they can do about it! I hate this place all the staff there act like they're in space high on drugs. I will NEVER go to pull apart again. Each time I attempted to make the purchase a fraud alert prevented it from going through. No one in the automotive area tried to help.....Walmart needs workers who know how to treat customers. Anyway, I returned to Walmart today - still had the same problem. I went to Autozone and tried to purchase the battery there. Problem- I had only a small amount of remaining on my virtual card. ....I was frustrated because the battery was more than my limit......I became FRUSTRATED. The Walmart manager saw it and decided to help me..... she was wonderful and she helped when no one else would. I don't know her name, but I'm so thankful and greatful to her. I was told by the salesman when purchasing a door for my truck that it wouldn't be any problem for…read morethem to wrap my old door I brought with me to protect it since I now would have two doors to secure in the back of my truck. So then after I purchased their door I went out to load it and gave the helper my old door to wrap. After a few minutes he brings it back and said his boss told him that's a no go. He couldn't wrap it unless I paid them extra. I then go back inside to inquire what changed other than me actually paying for the door. I was then told how much they spend a month on the bubble wrap and how expensive thing are and on and on. It's just business I was told. Ok, that's fine but what able having a business that will honor what you said you would do. In my case just 10 minutes before I was told by the salesman oh yeah no problem, we'll be happy to wrap your door. Then after they get my money it's a completely different story. Oh no we can't afford to wrap anything other than what we sell you. The feeling I got was like How dare you even ask for our precious bubble wrap. I hope your experience is better but a word of advice... if you are promised anything might want to get it in writing from these folks.
