There were two tellers there, one was on the phone and another actively inputting data on the computer. Both looked serious and busy, so I assumed they were dealing with some sort of crisis. I waited for about 5 minutes (not exaggerated), I had already sent my tube; at this point there are other customers waiting as well and the tellers still have no even made eye contact or greeted anyone. One of the tellers finished the crisis handling on the phone and apologized for the wait and was able to service me with excellent service. This is my first visit to this location so I believe it was a special situation and normally operation is not like this. I just think maybe they could have done something different than let the drive-thru just sit without informing anyone of anything.

According to the advertisement it would not adjust the terms of my loan. My original loan was to be paid off in November 2043 unfortunately not until I reviewed the amortization chart did I realize they simply added ten (10) months to my loan terms. I called them and was initially told they would correct it on the last day to finalize my loan I was told they would not correct it and I had to take it or leave it. I was baffled as it was two weeks left on my rate lock. No one ever apologized or seem to care. This bank just does not know what customer service is. Avoid them at all costs.

I filed a claim with my local branch office on East 33rd st in Des Moines Iowa and was advised that an investigation would be started... In the meantime i received what appeared to be a patchwork jersey made in someone's basement ... wrong material, wrong information no no shipping label or return address I am then told by the bank that I have supported for 20 years that I was in the wrong and they would not pursue the vendor for the money that they had received for my fraudulent made/sold jersey. 20 years a customer may soon be coming to an end.

i do not recommend this bank. i've been with them since i was 18 (now 21), because my mom had an…read moreaccount with them and i've never had a bank account before so i followed my moms footsteps and i'd led to a horrible experience. yes, the people who work at this bank are awesome and nice but they're business is not something i would ever recommend to anyone. i've had to have 3 different debit cards in the 3 years i've banked with them. their only excuse was that my cards have been compromised and wouldn't give further details. 3 separate times. the most recent time my card has been compromised is still on going. at the beginning of january 2019 i received a letter in the mail stating once again that my card has been compromised and they will be sending a new card and shutting off my current card on the 19th of january. i have yet to see a new card in the mail and i have no access to my monies unless i go to the bank and pull it out myself. i've called the office again today to tell them i haven't received a new card and have bills that need to be paid. i will be pulling all of my funds from this bank and closing my account. 0/10.
