Calling half an hour ahead of time when I wasn't available and then cancelling the job (even though I returned the call within half an hour) was the problem. She refused to give me the name or any contact information of the franchise owner apparently aware of her own dysfunction and not wanting anyone at the company to find out. I appreciate the knowledge the workers bring, they usually understand some of the older setups I have in my house and what they are the way they are. Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet.
