Jay's was fantastic! We booked the 12 ft. Elitia bathroom trailer for our backyard September 2023 wedding and got so many compliments on the trailer. We had around 130 people total using the trailer and everyone said it was clean and well-maintained. It was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, soap, and paper towel. Their communication, pricing, and professionalism were all great. They showed up on time and delivered with no issues. We also felt like we were given enough time with it, it was dropped off the day before our event and picked up a few days later. Rented the 8 foot Porta Lisa trailer for our wedding 8/15/15. These bathrooms were AMAZING. They were clean, classy and just perfect for our guests. Jay's also had great customer service. I think I called several times just to make sure I understood what the bathrooms would need to work properly. They provide 100 feet of electrical cord and water hose with each trailer. I just made sure there was a water supply nearby and an electrical source- SO EASY! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT rent from this company! I am having a bathroom renovation done and Jay's indicated (and contracted) to provide weekly service. Rental was for a month. Unit was dropped of on July 27, and hasn't been cleaned in 2 weeks. I've contacted the company three times to get service. The reply is that "they will see if they can schedule a driver". Unacceptable service! Even the bathroom contractors have commented that the ports-potty is "ripe". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

We rented a brand new Porta Lisa for our wedding in September. Wow! This thing was a hit! They dropped it off early and picked up late so it was used all wedding weekend. As a bride, I preferred it over the cottage bathrooms. They were EXTREMELY nice inside, well stocked and we loved the radio. We couldn't get the kids out of it. Highly recommend. It serviced ~150 people with HIGH alcohol consumption. I don't ever remember seeing a line more than a couple people. Would definitely rent from them ever again if i needed to. Only minor complaint is that I had to call and confirm the weekend of the wedding, but who's to say they weren't planning to and I just beat them to it. read more

We contact this company for a quote for my wedding and decided to go elsewhere. The day before the wedding, they showed up and tried to deliver a trailer bathroom. We let them know there was a mistake, we never sent a deposit/signed a contract or anything, and went with a different company. Since then we've received SEVERAL BILLS demanding payment. WE NEVER AGREED to use your services, and did not use them. DO NOT EVEN INQUIRE ABOUT SERVICES! Because you'll be expected to pay for services whether you end up using them or not!!!!!! I had Jay's Septic pump my septic tank. After a few weeks, all of the drains is the house were plugging up. We had a plumber come snake the drains. He found all drains to be clear up the septic and told us that our problem was likely caused by sludge as a result of septic pumping. I contacted Jay's and explained that we had issues along with plumber's explanation. Manager dismissed plumber's theories and refused to acknowledge the possibility of causing any trouble. He did offer to come back out to troubleshoot it for another $325 (plus repairs). I also provide services. If there's a chance that something I did caused issues, I want to make it right with the customer. I expect this of other professionals. Jay's did not meet my expectation and I will not use this company's services again. read more

This company will get the product to the location that you need, in a timely manner. That is not an issue. The problem is the girls in the office are so rude and on organized, that I refuse to give them any more business. The very first time I spoke to them to start the service,they were rude and I don't even know why I continued with their service for this past year. They are still rude, every time I speak to them. Just because your company collects crap, doesn't mean you have to treat your customers like crap. read more

The clean,air conditioned restrooms have been the key to our successful outdoor corporate event. Excellent service! If we have any issue with supplies, clogged etc they come immediately to resolve it. We've been so happy with them, we will be reserving a trailer for next year already! read more

When we hired this company we told them it was imperative that they come before noon as my husband works afternoons. On the day of the scheduled appointment they called at 7:30 am. (woke us up) and said that they would be here in 1 1/2- 2 hrs. at 12:45 they arrived. TOO LATE --my husband had to leave for work. Nope-we called someone else. Absolutely the worst company to do business with. If you want to deal with an owner who does not care about the customer once the payment has been made then this is the place. Ordered 2 porta toilets. Payment was made and on the supposed day of delivery they give us a time frame of 11-3. Seven o'clock and still no delivery. Spoke to 2 different managers and they tell me that the driver is a half hour away. An hour and a half later he is still a half hour away. Get back on the phone and the owner tells me things happen. Things happen? And no apology? Way to run a business. I guess when you deal with poop you can have a shit attitude. read more
