They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. The last experience was very bad. I ordered leak detection. Cost was $300. They found the leak. I paid to have it repaired $1500. However, the plumbers caped the wrong line and I still had a leak. I called and they suggested that it was a new leak and that I should replumb the entire house, which would cost over $10,000. I called American leak detection, they charged $300 to come out and found the original leak still running. I paid them $2000 to repair it. I did call Roto Rooter and they admitted the mistake and refunded the $1500. They did not refund the leak detection (so I ended up paying 2 companies for that) In the end. The leak was fixed, however, Roto -Rooter capped the line to my sinks and I had to pay another plumber $650 to make the repair from their error. I have had a rough couple of months with the water but hopefully things are all better now. It was a very bad experince and it could have costed me much much money if I would have taken thier advice.

The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called.
