Based on what was found, they recommended a full replacement rather than continuing temporary fixes. What I appreciate is that they acknowledged the earlier issues and made an effort to correct them. The owner honored the original pricing and waived additional charges that could have been added, which made a difference. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I'd say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end. But it has the ability to fix some problems that using an auger doesnt seem to solve. For instance, a clog in the kitchen drain so bad that you can push your auger through it, but it will close right back down. So, their convenient, get the job done, have the tools to get it done, and they make their time frames. The 3 our of 5 stars is because they are expense. I'm sure that I could get more for less from others, but I know them. And 3 out of 5 aint bad. Its OK... Make it cheaper, then the rating might go up.
