He said they washed it and it dried the wrong way, so they washed it again to correct it and they didn't charge me for that, so that was incredibly kind of them to go to the trouble of cleaning it again to correct their mistake!! I dropped it off on a Tuesday and got it back on Thursday morning. I could've gotten it on Wednesday, but did not have time to pick it up. So they dropped it off on Thursday!! They dropped it off at my house and helped me lay it out it on the floor and move the furniture back where it was. They are a great company and they really care about their customers.

This job was for mold remediation and subsequent repair of a mobile home in rural Lee county. The…read moreworkmanship of the construction side was perfect and couldn't have asked for a better quality. The cleaning side on the remediation failed to complete several tasks and there was no quality assurance checks performed to sustain what was promised vs. what was provided. Communication prior to and during the process of the remediation was lacking, but the communication after the job was done was better. The carpet cleaner did a very good job. They were considerably cheaper than their competitor in the area, but that is no excuse for a less-than-perfect performance. Having said all of that, I would likely use them again if the opportunity presented itself.
