Two of Mr Pearsons vehicles (all his vehicles are over 15 years old and rust buckets) are missing seat belts, so as the van fills up, one kids is left w/o a belt. B.) smoking! The driver has been told not to smoke in the vehicle by the school, yet, everyday I see the driver smoking in the van. C.) not enough seats. My kids have had to sit on the floor several times. D.) ear damaging loudness from stereo. I don't know if the drivers are hard of hearing, but my kid's watches tell them the environment is too loud... E.) unsafe and erratic driving. My kids were unharmed, but Mr Pearsons driver swerved into the oncoming traffic 2 weeks ago and hit the car tearing off the mirror of my kid's van. F.) a grade of F would be a gift, these people belong in jail. Not only are there several laws glaringly broken here, on several days a week, he has his driver drive around picking up other kids and dropping them before my kids and causes serious delays like 3 hours for my kids to get home for what is normally less than 20 minutes any given day of the year. I really think the Pearsons are special needs folks, at least Mr Pearson . They do not listen and cancel your contract when they don't like your question and keep your prepaid money - "no refunds, read the contract, sir". Mr Pearson's communication is difficult to interpret, as he writes and speaks like a 3 year old. If you have used this jerk's services, please visit the better business bureau's site for this company and please file a complaint. It takes about 5 minutes.
