I found On Time Taxi here on Yelp! I followed the booking instructions on their website and received a confirmation email. We were 7 hours delayed from our flight inbound. I was nervous that they may not be there. I called twice to the phone number in the email as I became aware our delay was getting longer. A very understanding gentleman was always there to answer and reassure me that someone would be there to pick us up. When we finally arrived the airport was practically closed. After getting our luggage I called again the same nice man directed me to a door to exit and sure enough in just a couple of mins our van appeared. It was late it was raining and we were not on time but On Time Taxi was there for us. I'm so glad I made the reservation booking. The drive to our destination was great. Despite the rain our driver was super aware and cautious through all the construction. We will definitely be using On Time Taxi every time we need transportation to and from Ohare. I have been using on time for YEARS and they are so great and definitely always ON TIME. Very reasonable rates. If you want a limo you need to pay for one. The owner was so nice, I left my scarf in his cab and he drove it to my home when I returned from my trip. All you have to do is text them your info and they are there. I am so impressed with On Time Taxi. I had an unpleasant task downtown and my driver, Jamal, took all the aggravation out of it both ways. Jamal is a great driver, arrived 10 minutes early, and treated me like I was a member of his family. He was right there at the Dirksen Building two minutes after I texted him to pick me up and had me home in 35 minutes driving safely. I will be using On Time Taxi from now on.
