Not the greatest start. Showed up 35 minutes early to a pickup that they already scheduled for almost two hours earlier than necessary. Then, they expect you to be ready when they're showing up way ahead of time. They then picked up another person who stated they were picking them up almost an hour early than they scheduled and begin asking about personal medical details of that person (blurting out exactly what kind of appointment they were going in for) and giving out the exact location of where each passenger was going. One passenger had just got off of work and had to scramble to get home just to meet them ab hour earlier than expected. They were furious. read more

If u want to be late and miss SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS in a row call these big dummy's smh they only care about getting passengers in the car to get a check. We all need to get together and call county care or whatever your insurance company is to rebuke and discontinue this company. Cab driver plate #21141 a lady driver was so inconsiderate I was trying to park my car in front of my house it is rainy and wet Slippery outside I blowed my horn at least 8 times their were 2 parking spaces and she still didn't move I am trying to park in front of my house. This company is very unprofessional, the staff, the driver and management. I have to set my appointments at least 1/2 hour early in order to arrive on time and when I changed my pick up times and complained to management, she lied and made things worse for me. She order new service without notification, the driver shows up to pick me up 2hrs earlier than my scheduled pick up so the company cancels your ride altogether. I go to the same place 3x a week, the company might get me there 2x. There's all kinda excuses. You call myfor my pick up all of a sudden you call my daughter which you claim no one and we are in the same house. PATHETIC HOW YOU TREAT THE ILL! read more

This company is such a joke. I am working in a nursing facility and every time they are assigned to us, I know already that it's either they won't show up or they have a reason. I don't know why insurance keep using them, it's a non reliable medical transportation at all. Not only one or two times they screwed up but many times, too many to mention actually. They will tell you the patient is "no show" even though we were waiting there for a long period of time. I don't know how they can get away with it. Their reason is always "no show". If I was able to give a 0 star rating, I would. I am a disabled person who goes through their insurance to get medical transportation to and from my doctors offices. These are appointments that I need to maintain my medication refills. My appointment was at 9:00am and I live 30-45 minutes from my Dr. office. I am required to arrive no later than 5 minutes before my appointment or I am marked as a no show. At 8:30 I call to find out where they were and was told they were going to be 20 more minute late. Now I have to hope I'm not forced to find another doctor because of their no show policy. Thanks... read more

My daughter broke her arm and had to see an orthopedic specialist and given that it happened over Christmas break, we already had to wait a week and a half to be seen. Unfortunately my car was broke down so thinking that using my medical insurance for transportation would be an ideal and reliable source to get my daughter to this important appointment, i called and they set me up with Big Star Transit. I was told they would call me to give me a time they would be at my home. I never received any call. When calling them, I was told they would have the driver call me back. Again, nothing. At this point, I need to leave my house in 25 minutes or we will be late so I call again, letting them know how important this appointment is and I took my daughter out of school for this appointment as well. 10 minutes later, I call again, she says he will call me in 25 minutes. At that point, I'm already late, calling the doctor's office to see how late I can be before they cancel the appointment. They told me 15 minutes. So 20 minutes go by, and I had to cancel her appointment. Still no call, no show. I call back and asked for a supervisor to make a formal complaint. She tells me they are on vacation and will call me back within 24 hours. Big surprise, I never got that call either. I am appalled and disgusted by how unprofessional this company is. I did report them to my insurance and will also be contacting the BBB to also let them know!!! Do not use this unreliable unprofessional cab company. What a joke!!!! read more
