After waiting for 15 mins for with 2 kids, husband and an elderly gentleman, another employee FINALLY comes out with a cleaning bottle and the key, so it's unclear if she was actually using the toilet. I'm sure she heard us all waiting in line uncomfortably discussing the wait. She then proceeds to also grill us about whether we are paying customers. I said YES Jesus and took the key. Perhaps they would have preferred if my kid took a shit on the floor? Purchased water and gum to appease the cashier Nazis and bathroom lady is now working cash register. The force of the water spray is so strong that it snapped off the Big Island Toyota license-plate holder on a black late-model Toyota 4Runner. The broken-off piece was ejected out of the wash. To be fair, I cannot say if the licence-plate holder was installed correctly. There is a warning posted regarding loose parts. I was behind the 4Runner at about 12:30 pm 7-29-2018, waiting my turn. I backed out of the line and told the cashier. I could not get my money back because I had already entered the code, but I am just so glad I did not enter the wash. The station is not responsible for damages as a standard policy. Please check for loose parts before entering the car wash.
