He immediately had Honey's respect! (If only it were true for us). We knew we were at the right place! We dropped her off for her 2 week stay and she pranced right off with Lena! I missed her terribly but it was WORTH IT!! She learned so much in that 2 week time period! My daughters and grandchildren noticed a difference! We did the one on one training after with Shay. He had Honey's number and OURS! He knew how to train us to do more! He has a great program with fabulous people. I can't forget Melissa who answered the phone every time this dog mom called. WOOF DOGS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

I felt the sessions the trainer provided us were kind of weak and basic, during the course of 5 months the office or the trainer canceled several times. I paid for 10 sessions and got 7 sessions all of which I was told were supposed to be 1-hour sessions but never got more than 45 mins total per session. I called a few weeks ago after no contact from their main office or trainer for a month asking what was going on and for a refund, but they haven't responded other than to know they don't offer refunds. I feel their main office and trainers do not do a good job of contacting you and my dog is still terribly scared of other dogs and has made little improvement.

Awesome, awesome experience for me and my dog Big Daddy…read more my big, 2.5 yr old boy was going crazy when new people came around. He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

Heather also taught us 'off' to eliminate the dogs jumping on people when they come into our house or jumping up to beg for food. Heather is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the techniques and insights into dog behavior. She's helped me become a more confident owner. Thank you Heather for improving both of our quality of life. I'm looking forward to all the new experiences me and my dog will be able to have together.

My husband and I have two senior dogs (9 and 10 y/o) and a 10 month old cattle dog mix puppy named Freya. Our goal was to "tidy up the manners" of the older pups but also focus mainly on Freya as she was much harder to keep focused on a task and higher energy than even our border collie was as a puppy! She pulled HARD in her harness, couldn't sit still to learn commands without getting distracted, and barked when her canine sisters barked at anything. We also wanted to be sure that the older dogs' other bad habits weren't going to rub off on Freya too much. This was barking at doorbells/knocks/deliveries and also jumping up on whoever walked through the front door, both us and our friends. Heather's methods are so logical, effective, and easy to put into practice; two months after our sessions with her the training has stuck! Our friends comment on how good our pups are when they arrive, no longer barking excitedly and leaping up on them but quietly waiting with tails wagging for the ok to approach and receive attention. On walks with the prong collars that she recommended on, our two dogs that would pull no longer do as they receive a quick gentle tug on their collars otherwise. They've, all three, gotten so much better at not barking at other people we pass on our walks as well. Her prices for sessions are more than reasonable and well worth it! Thank you so much, Heather!

THE ATTENTION GAME = Call puppy's name, get eye contact, give treat. Lindy spent about 5-8mins with my puppy. I was taken for $150.00 She sent me an email outlining The Attention Game (big deal). If you want to train your dog, and you are willing to do the work, she is as good as it gets! We had a Shiba Inu, a rather tough dog to train, and Lindy was patient and wonderful working with me and our Shiba. We had him (Shiba) for almost 15 years and every day was incredible because of the work Lindy did WITH us. For those that want to "wish upon a star" and "hope" their dog is just trained overnight, it does not work like that. Lindy is a hands on instructor, but you have to put in the time and EFFORT to work with your dog everyday! I called Lindy again 5 years after our Shiba to train our rescue dog Max and once again she was incredible. This time we did "in home" and class setting and once again, with absolutely wonderful results. We just recently (2 weeks ago) adopted another Shiba and before she came home the FIRST call I made was to Lindy to schedule "in home" training. At 11 weeks, she can now "sit", "leave it", "down", "go outside", "inside", and "Sadie" (name recognition). And this was just ONE session. I am a raving fan of Lindy Nolan Dog Training and would say to anyone who may have anything less than "pawsitive" things to say....you may want to ask yourself, "How much work did YOU do?" I personally, would never bring a dog into my home without using Lindy and "Pawsitive" training methods. Ever.
