My wife went for a tanning session and was sold a single month special of $19.99 - What she was not advised of is that after the one month promotion the monthly billing increased and continued at $59.00!!! My bad for not catching it on my VISA bill, but I had no reason to follow up on the billing - In fact I bought a $40.00 gift certificate for her birthday and no one advised she already was paying and on the $59.00 tanning program - I don't have the space or time to articulate how the Customer Experience with "Zoom Tan Customer Care" was but believe me it was beyond frustrating and basically was accused of being untruthful - Zoom Tan took no accountability and bottom line took a firm stance that my wife and I were in the wrong and no credit would be given - I managed a AT&T Business Call Center for 35 years and knowing how to handle customer issues to resolution was our number one priority and also a primary measurement - Much different than our experience with Zoom Tan - So, if you're considering joining Zoom Tan ask questions about what you are signing up for, get everything in writing and avoid having to deal with their "Customer Care" Center - More To Follow read more

My daughter got her very first spray tan the other day and it came out absolutely horrible I went in to get a refund and they told me that I would have to call the call center. I called the call center and had to leave a message. The call center sent me a text message today requesting that I send them pictures. I sent them pictures and and it then took an hour for them to respond through text saying that it's not that bad. What a joke I will never be back!!! Buyer beware!!! Don't waste your money!!! I found Zoomtan to be an enjoyable experience and they seemed to be knowledgeable until I went for my 2nd spray tan . Now I thought the gal would know how to put me in, like the first one did, and that the room would be washed. Down and thoroughly prepared. My feet bottoms were all gold. Almost impossible to get off. I finally used long doses of mustache bleach.It was still in The thin Lines! A nightmare. Going to a special occasion...of course. Worst Customer Service Ever! Went in to get a spray which I do regularly, although this time I was going on vacation the next day. I arrived late but still 15 minutes before close, which I apologized for although I didn't have to. I went in to spray and the machine was partially taken apart and she told me she couldn't put the piece back on. ? Anyway I start to spray and realize as I am spraying the soap/water from the ceiling (from her cleaning) was dripping on me washing off/leaving streaks down my chest and other places. This of course was not okay, there is not way I can go on vacation looking like this.. I go back out and tell her I would like to spray again as I can't leave like this.. she tells me it's going to cost you $30. No apology at all. Wondering why do I have to pay for this. As I am leaving after the second spray I decide to purchase the spray can to cover anything up that I may need to after. Meanwhile the girl that caused all of this was FaceTime-ing someone as I am complaining etc, w/ the phone face up.. hello I'm not an idiot. As I'm walking out she picks the phone back up and is laughing. I'm sorry this was NOT funny to me at all. I realized I can't take this 7oz can on the plane so I called customer service about returning it and they gave me a flat out no. I'm thinking really I had to go on vacation w/ Thee worst spray tan and super orange hands as I did not reapply the barrier cream, and you can't even refund me as a courtesy?
