First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. Next they cut your hair to your liking and walk you through the process - they will tell you what looks good and why. With the amount of meticulous care I've seen them take compared to anyone else blows me out the water. Wow! The customer service here was the best I've ever received! I found out about this place…read morethrough a TikTok and decided to give it a try for a Japanese Straightening Perm. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lovely & welcoming owner and a cute dog roaming around. There was also Christmas music playing and coffee/tea. My hair was washed and then I had quick consultation where I was given honest suggestions. Since my hair was bleached within a year, they suggested that I go about with the permanent straightening only for the top of my head which was primarily virgin/healthy hair. Then, they would do a Keratin treatment for the bottom half. I was quoted a discount since it was my first time, so the whole treatment was $350 + tip which is about what I expected. The entire process took 3 hours. I was given snacks and water, and Richard was so personable. He didn't speak much English but we even communicated through an app on his phone! The photo is after my first wash and brushing through. Though it's not completely straight, the frizz is all gone! I'm hoping it stays like this, and I'm excited to get the full straightening perm next time. I will definitely be returning here and letting my friends know about this place. The lady who did my hair was also very unprofessional. She literally sprayed the essential oils onto my eyes and let the liquid drip into my eyes and didn't bother covering them. Also, when she was shampooing my hair while I was still seated in my chair, she got the shampoo into my eyes and it BURNED my eyes. She let me go to the restroom to rinse them out and finally put a visor on my forehead to prevent any more shampoo (or any liquid) to get in my eyes. However, I felt that she should have gave me this at the very beginning. Also, during the time I was there, they did not explain to me the whole treatment process due to the language barrier (since most spoke Korean only and little English). They kept trying to get me to buy their products and to come back once every 3 weeks for this scalp treatment. I understand that English is not their first language but they did not take the effort to explain to me what was wrong with my scalp or why I should come back. Lastly, after the lady styled my hair, my hair was already oily and hard so I had to go back to my hotel and wash it again. Overall, I DO NOT recommend coming here for a scalp treatment.

I found Zoya salon through searching the Internet February of 2019. My hair was broken and in terrible shape after having my twins and experiencing a bunch of hair loss, and going blonde the previous year. I knew I wanted extensions and I didn't want to pay for something that would look cheap or fake like my previous experience at a couple other salons. This salon had great reviews and they offer every kind of extension method out there. I had a free consultation with Kenzie and she was incredibly knowledgeable and cared about my hairs integrity (instead of just caring about what puts more money in her pocket) .. which meant a lot. I missed my lighter hair but she could tell my hair couldn't handle it at the time. So we brightened around my face and added length and I loved it. Zoya is a small salon filled with talented people. (I much prefer this to a giant, overflowed loud salon). The environment is pleasant to be in and I laugh with Kenzie about 80% of every appointment I have. They all work together as a team and help each other out instead of competing with each other. It's really nice and refreshing to see a group of females actually support each other the way they all do. I went back last week for my second set of NBR extensions with Kenzie and this time my hair was in a lot better shape and I couldn't believe the growth in less than a year with having the extensions in. My natural hair looked so much healthier and Kenzie was able to get it to a beautiful light color that I'm currently in love with. They don't rush you in and out the door, and they treat you like a friend and not a client. Seriously being a mom of twins- I really look forward to these appointments and getting to spend time at the salon. You will not be disappointed no matter who does your hair if you visit here. I truly will never go anywhere else and don't trust anyone with my hair the way I do Kenzie. Zoya Salon is without a doubt the best hair experience I've ever had. Zoya and her staff have been helping me for the past year and a half to achieve the hair of my dreams. When I first came to her salon, I was dejected. My blonde hair was thinning, broken off, and damaged due to health problems. On top of that, my scalp was so sensitive that almost everything irritated it. I was at a loss for what to do and heartbroken that my once long, thick hair was no more. I wanted a solution, but thought extensions would be impossible. She suggested a method called keratin extensions which use a bond that is chemically the same as natural hair and nails. The more I listened to Zoya, the more I realized how incredibly knowledgable that she is. I trusted her and took the plunge for keratin extensions. 1 1/2 year later and I haven't looked back! My natural hair was able to grow 6 inches over this time while being protected. It's now nearly as long as my extensions, which I still get because I feel like a million dollars with them. I can't rave enough about the entire process. Zoya and her team ALL work with you to get you the look of your dreams. I've had my best color, best blowout, best everything, all here at this salon with Zoya and her staff. They are attentive, dedicated, and above all, kind. Zoya has always been realistic with my hair transformation and always kept the health of my hair in mind as we gradually transitioned with color and length. You can tell that everyone in the salon cares about their craft, and cares about you. I trust Zoya Salon so much that I will not go anywhere else. Now I use Zoya products at home, too! I legit never write reviews. I don't have the time or I either don't want to make the time because the service didn't blow me away. Zoya Salon did just that! I was out of town for work and wanted to give an early bday present to myself: extensions! So I looked around for a few days and saw nothing but amazing reviews for Zoya Salon so I gave it the old college try, realizing I probably wouldn't get an appt booked (I called Tuesday for a possible weekend appt ). Kenzie talked through it all with me and was extremely helpful in regards to different extensions and what I may want based on my preferences. Zoya responded immediately to my emails and got me an appt with her on Friday! I was estactic. The minute I walked into the salon I was greeted with one of the warmest welcomes. Every employee is so sweet and professional. I immediately felt like I was hanging out with a group of close girlfriends getting my hair done. The service was impeccable. They spoil you like crazy with their drink list and snack basket. They make sure you are very well taken care of, as you get your hair done. My hair has never looked better and it was about $1500 cheaper than the salon in NC that I was going to (and much better service at that!). They didn't pressure me one bit about other products to buy and they are very big on educating and making sure you know how to properly take care of your hair to prolong your extensions. I'm in the military and I would love it if we could get based in TX next just so I can to go to Zoya! Sounds silly but moving around a ton, it's so hard to find a good salon you trust and love and once you find one, you never want to give it up. Thank you for such an amazing experience! I searched all over Dallas since I moved here from Los Angeles to find a great quality hair salon, that knew how to do great length extensions. After searching, I came across Zoya Salon, but I was skeptical if they could do "black hair". I started following them on Instagram and I saw that they indeed have knowledge on how to do black hair. I called and made a consultation for extensions (the receptionist informed that they charge a $25 consultation free, that can be applied towards your extension service if you book within a month. I was okay with the fee because it weaved out the bargain hunters). During my consultation, they were accommodating to my request, however they didn't want to "over promise" anything. (Which was refreshing. I knew that they actually took pride in the work they do, and it just wasn't about taking the clients money). Luckily for me, I was actually able to get the longer extensions that I wanted. Zoya's definitely an upscale salon, but you get what you pay for. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes a point to get to know you and treat you like you are part of their close family. That friendliness is rare to find these days. I have been going to Zoya's now for two weeks. I have gotten a Brazilian Blowout, my hair colored, and Great Length extensions and I have an appointment for tomorrow. I found Zoya after many hours of research, reading reviews and educating myself on extension stylists in Dallas, and my only regret is that I didn't find her sooner! When I went to her for a consult, I had hair extensions from a previous stylist that were done so poorly, they were destroying my hair and falling out by the handfuls. I have alopecia areata, so am very particular about my hair and spend a great deal of time caring for it. Zoya and her staff showed that same level of care and concern for my hair issues, and she created a healing plan for my hair. She replaced my extensions with high quality hair and used a technique that greatly reduces the stress on my natural hair and creates a beautiful look that makes it difficult to tell I even have extensions. During the process, she changed the color of my hair and it's the healthiest my hair has looked in years. She truly is an artist and a very genuine person who takes pride in her work and has sincere concern for her client's needs. Her staff, Kenzi, Christopher, and Chelsea all work so well together to make sure my hair is pampered and cared for at every visit. Owner is rude and they gossip about clients. I went there twice. First was ok but not great so on second visit I asked to try a different stylist. I had heard stories about people being charged much more than the original quoted price so I said I did not want a stylist who charged more than $45. Instead they set me up with the overpriced owner who quizzed me on why I switched stylist and it was obvious they had been gossiping about the request. Part way in I mentioned that I didn't want to spend more than $45 for a hair cut at which point she immediately quit and proceeded to pawn me off on another stylist. A new hairdresser then agreed to cut my hair and the whole time she told me she does not like cutting women's hair--and her work showed it. My cut is a simple bob but too hard for this salon. The final blow was the bill which was $55 for a lousy cut and rude treatment. The owner sets the tone in this saloon and portrays herself as better than everyone else. How can I even begin to describe how great my experience was at Zola Salon! I came in with really bad hair and left feeling like a rockstar! Bailey was my hairdresser. She's so sweet and SO gorgeous wow, what a knockout! She was inquisitive, kind, caring and a true professional at her work. She needed to do a color correction to my previously damaged, poorly colored and bleached hair and she was obviously very proficient in that territory because my hair is now soft, feels strong and has more body than ever! As someone who has done extensions for YEARS, finding a salon that actually knows what they are doing is pretty hard, sometimes not even near possible. There are pages and pages of horror stories online from botched up services! I was so lucky to get my hair loving from Zoya and her team! Not only is the salon it's self-glam, but her whole team is on point. Zoya is ever so gracious, HONEST(which is rare to find in a hair salon) and beyond knowledgeable, which I value when choosing a salon. Courtney was the stylist who applied my tape ins, and was so sweet and fun to chat with. She applied them in top speed considering I applied 7 packs! Time really flew by, and Kenzie was a great help making the process go by. Zoya's dog Ginger, makes the salon her kingdom, so be prepared for that cutie. I found Zoya in 2010, right after my husband passed away. My hair was breaking off and was extremely dry. I have naturally curly hair, and was told a perm would even out my curl, well just the opposite happened. This also played a part in the condition of my hair. Zoya is fantastic with extensions, She matched the curl pattern of the extension to my hair. She used different colors to create a highlighted look. This is what was so surprising to me. Now that I no longer were extensions, my hair is in the best condition. I love my hair again. I continue to go back to Fuse for color, she is an expert with hair color. She listens, and suggests, she will even go as far to show you examples of what she is talking about on her lap top. Zoya has literally changed my life.... I have been unhappy with my hair for the past 7 years. I have tried multiple salons and have been disappointed nearly everytime. The salons I've gone to are high end salons and are very pricey. I have even traveled to New York city to find a skilled stylist, with no luck. I have been Zoya's client for more than 5 years and I can guarantee you wont find a better place in the USA. Zoya and her team's main concern is to protect my hair, avoid breakage and keep it healthy, which is really what you have to look for - if like me you have a thin hair. Besides, you need to pay attention to the quality of the hair and how long it will last (more bang for you buck). Zoya only uses premium quality hair extensions so my extensions last way longer than the average extensions out there. Zoya also makes sure Im using the right products to preserve my hair and my extensions, which helps the color to last longer just so I don't have to color my hair as often as I used too. After MANY failed attempts to get a healthy set of extensions put in the right way, I researched over 100 salons surrounding Arkansas. Including places in AR, Oklahoma City, New Orleans, Memphis, Nashville, St. Louis.. etc.. After reading the customer reviews for Zoya and seeing her unbelievably clean technique, it was a no brainer. Once you meet Zoya, you find that you are her priority. The level of communication, talent, and passion is out of this world. Everyone at Zoya Salon is incredibly nice. I've had Kenzie do my color for 6 months and she is absolutely amazing. She is meticulous and gets my blonde color, BLONDE just how it should be. I have been a client for a year and a half now. I came in looking terrible and desperate! I had previously gone to a local salon where I live and the stylist, while a very sweet lady, truly did not know how to properly do extensions and damaged my hair severely. I wanted to love this place and the stylist. I've been looking for my next stylist but sadly I did not find it at Zoya's. I have thinning hair and wanted a haircut that would help with that, to make it appear fuller and manageable. I got neither. The stylist seem inexperienced. Who uses thinning scissors on top of the head on someone with thinning hair? My experience with Zoya and her staff has been nothing short of amazing! My first meeting with Zoya was for an extension consultation due to an extensions-gone-bad dilemma from a different salon. She took the time to explain every detail of the extension process and even showed me exactly what to expect with my hair type (something I had no clue about). What I loved most was that it wasn't a "sales pitch", there was no pressure to go with her salon... she even advised me to seek other opinions. Let's face it, not many people would do that! Needless to say, I have been a happily addicted extension junkie for several years now! :) I recommend anyone who is thinking about getting extensions to go see her, she is simply the best!! read more

I'd like to thank Zoya, Brittany, Kenzie and everyone else who assisted me at the salon. I do not live in Dallas anymore and came in town very suddenly due to the death of my mother. I had zero time to prepare my bags or organize myself. I was over due to have my hair colored and extensions adjusted, and I just wanted and needed to feel good amid the difficulties and sadness of bereavement and funeral arrangements . They made the time to listen to me, talk with me, consult with me, and make sure we were all on the same page. They run a very professional and overall comfortable salon. No chaos. Very classy! Well, she dyed my hair black and gave me black extensions and just told me my hair would lighten.. she told me to come back if it didn't so I did and she told me it was my fault bc I used box dye before hand (which she knew) and she should've used color remover first. idk hair so why did she not tell me that before she dyed it? tried to charge me $1800 on top of the $1300 I already spent and now there's no way to lighten my hair before my wedding and my confidence is ruined.
