However, from the absurd amount of money he charged for an equally absurdly small amount of work, I can safely say he is just as crooked, disgusting and sadistic as the people who work for him. The first time I met with Scott he sat with us to look over all the documents related to the property. He looked over and explained to us what he was looking for and gave us advice on the next steps. He's very knowledgeable, professional and, most of all respectful. He has flat rate fees which include all of what's required to close a property. He also has other plans that assist you with selling, title changes, wills, etc. We just closed the property this past Monday and it went very smoothly from our point of view.
